THE MOST DECEITFUL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

I arranged an appointment with this "DVA approved and funded (if you comply - don't believe that tripe)" company to address my long list of Accepted Injuries with DVA via my Veterans Gold Card. I had a (2nd) arranged appointment today 30/12/25 and was sitting with my phone in my hand waiting for my call from RN Kelly HINGERS. Prior to my call, I was notified via SMS my Online Medical History had been accessed. My phone did not ring but I received a Voicemail alert from the dedicated RN(?) Kelly (No qualifications presented) requesting I contact her on a supplied number of 0748033016. Within 10 seconds I returned her call and was advised that RN Kelly had been called away to hospital for an "emergency". How convenient. What a crock of you know what. What I am convinced of is she , or someone else, viewed my medical history of Chronic PTSD and it did not fit the ponzi scheme they operate as advised by other TRUSTPILOT reviews I have located. Don't know why they are not showing up on here as they should but I am more than happy to record my experience to save another Vet the waste of time I endured. Apparently they offer a "holistic approach" to Veterans medical issues. My advice from my experience is to treat that with the greatest contempt. My enquiries revealed they offer, wait for it, a coffee that reduces your weight and other wishful, unproved supplements that do nothing. It appears their main focus, like other Vet assistance websites, is to rip off the DVA and the Vet. Don't waste your time contacting this company as it appears IMHO they are only after the $$$ and the Vet is a secondary annoying issue they have to deal with. Don't believe me? Happy to supply a Stat Dec to anyone who wishes to callenge my review
