After a busy work day sometimes you feel without energy and is easy to procastinate doing exercise. Valeria really supported me creating a coaching program adjusted to me. She's very flexible, competent and attentive doing her best to fulfil my needs.
Doing the coaching Program with Valeria really helped me to sleep better, feel more relaxed, my posture got better, my flexibility improved. I learned how simple exercises such as breathing can support you while training and help you relax.
For me the biggest achievement is that now I know my body better and I know how to interpret the signals it send me, and also what to do about it. I am really glad I had Valeria as my personal Trainer.
