I purchased a set of bracelets. They looked super cute on the website but when they arrived they were super brassy. One of the bracelets broke 2 days after wearing it. Definitely not worth the money - in my opinion.

Unfair and deceptive advertising
This company advertises using unfair and deceptive advertising. The products on their website are NOT the products that are sent when you make a purchase. They also say they offer “no questions asked refunds” but you then have to send the items back to China and incur significant shipping and customs fees. When you contact their support they are not helpful. I am reporting this company to the BBB and FTC as their business practices are illegal. Spend your money elsewhere.

Disappointing Quality and Misleading Return Policy
The jewelry I received is of significantly lower quality than what was represented on the website. The marketing and product images created the impression that I was purchasing a premium item, but what arrived did not meet those expectations and didn't look exactly like the bracelets advertised. Amazon sells similar bracelets for a much lower price and with much better quality. The bracelets arrived dull, looking as if they had already been worn and worn out.
Furthermore, it was not made clear at the time of purchase that the item ships from China. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have to ship it back to China at your own expense. The so-called satisfaction guarantee is completely inexistent with a return policy that is so difficult and burdensome that it is effectively impossible for customers to use.

First Impressions
I am mostly basing my review on customer service, as I have not worn the jewelry yet. I received email update s until my package was delivered which helped ease my mind as first time shopper. Upon jewelry inspection, it is good quality, however, the Love bracelet should have come with instructions, because it took me forever to open it, but once I did, and tried it on with the rest of the jewelry; they layered and looked beautiful together. I am now waiting for my layered chain set to arrive.

This is a terrible jewelry company. I am disappointed with my items. Totally mislead by social media ads. They are cheap looking and break easily. I asked for a return and was told that the international shipping is an extreme cost and my responsibility. I was offered 10%- I told them to keep their money and get better taste.
