I am very disappointed with my experience with Valerio. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered from them but the reviews I read were very good . I bought 2 items . One fit fine the other did not .
I had a difficult time finding a contact address . I wanted to talk to someone and they never replied . I contacted them several times to return the clothing . Never again will I order from a company not a reputable store.
It was a $58.00 lesson . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM .

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I have had with this company.

I placed the order over a month ago on the 29th of April and I am still yet to receive the delivery

I have checked the tracking number with courier company, it says it’s arrived to Dubai.

I have contacted both Emirates Post and Dubai Customs and neither of them have any record of the package arriving.

I have emailed them twice and have filled out the contact form on their website with no response.

I have even gone as far as DM'ing them on Instagram and again no response, however when I commented on one of their posts to get their attention, THEY DELETED THE COMMENT . Absolutely laughable.

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ZERO RESPONSIBILITY ONCE YOU PAY.

DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY.

SHOCKING SERVICE, EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.

Scammers, my order never recieved, i tried to contact them on email, but they didnt respond, do not ever order anything from them

Clothes are made in China and they don't represent anything you see in the pictures. The quality and sizes are really bad. For example; If you wear Large size (European measurements), you should order XL or even XXL. The material looks and feels really bad. I haven't washed the clothes I ordered yet, but I can only imagine what is going to happen to them if you wash them above 30 °c degrees.

I have no idea how to contact Valerio Verdi's costumer service, if they even have a money-back system. I spent 170 euros in total and half of the clothes are pretty much useless.

Shipping comes from China, it takes about 6 weeks to arrive and it isnt what I ordert

Guys do not buy anything from this "company" after you pay they don't send you anything and don't respond to nothing. I just contacted Worldline to get my money back!

Update 25/03/2024: Visa just gave me a refund back on my bankaccount. Guys if you bought anything with your Credit Card I recommend you to file a complaint to get your money back.

Ordered clothes 2 weeks ago and they still have not arrived. Tried to contact the support team via the email they have on their website and I haven’t got a response back. Not even sure if I will receive my order at this point.
