Spotted a bracelet 3 years ago at the York Jorvik festival that I loved but unfortunately at the time I was a poor student but i took a picture.. 3 years later I bump into the same stall at the festival. Show the owner Connor a picture of said bracelet. He doesnt have one with him. I paid for one regardless and he then flew back to Ireland made me one and sent it to me within the week. Top experience, many thanks.

Connor went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. The jewelry itself is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be ordering more from him. I'm in the USA it's a bit of a distance, but I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I ordered a Flekstad Thor's Hammer Pendant (it includes a leather necklace) in Sterling Silver as a Christmas present to myself! It is beautifully made and the delivery was fine. The staff at Valhallas Silver was easy to communicate with and friendly.

Ordered the most expensive bangle for my husband's birthday, but asked for this to be hallmarked as it's an expensive piece of jewellery. The owner agreed to this. However 8 weeks later, numerous texts and phone calls and even a personal meeting in York where my husband asked him personally where the bangle was - only to be fobbed off. We were told the bangle had been sent to the assay office in Birmingham for hallmaking. We even phoned Birmingham who said they never received it and added that their turn round time for hallmarking was 3 days and they had no back log. Valhalla silver said he would refund the cost of the bangle (money cleared now...thanks) but promised to get a bracelet made, hallmarked and sent to us and said not to pay until we recieved the piece
Still nothing after a further month. Can't help but wonder why the problem occurred after asking for the silver bracelet to be hallmarked..........

Very helpful when contacting about product inquiry. Had to have a longer chain made especially and this for no problem for them.was kept informed during the whole processing and posting of product.such a friendly and helpful couple and a very professional company and service the quality of jewellery is second to none u can actually fell the quality when wearing.
