Still haven't heard
I'm very frustrated as I have been waiting for a call for weeks. I get people are busy. I know what's happening. I was actually concerned for the broker initially and called yesterday on the main number to make sure he was okay.
I was told I would hear from someone in management. Nothing. I got one email back in 2 weeks or so of calls. I was told I would get a call straight back... that was over a week ago.

Amazing experience best in business
Thomas was amazing! He helped my new business found finance for a car purchase. It took Thomas less than a week from the start of the application to settlement. This is genuinely the best experience I have ever had in any finance related matter. Period. Highly recommended Valiant, they are the best in the business and it is not even close.

Talal Al-Ali from Valiant did the 🎩 of financial services. He went above and beyond my expectations from the get go. In my books he just become the Financial Wizard of Oz :) My particular case was a difficult one. No one will touch me and then Talal Al -Ali comes along and does what he does best. 100% Recommend - Incredible Service and get results!
I honestly didn't have a great deal of confidence that I would be successful in getting approved for a loan. When I got a call from Valiant after a previous enquiry, I was almost very dismissive and even said that if theh wanted ti given it a go they could, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
Joe from Valiant must have set out to prove me wrong though, and he certainly did. I got an approval, and it was so much less stressful of a process as what I expected. He kept me in the loop with where everything was up to, he didnt give me any BS about it, and spoke to me in a way that gave me confidence that I could trust him to do what was needed, and he certainly delivered!
Wven when it came to sorting out getting the funds paid to the business for the trailer insurance was purchasing, this was all pretty much sorted out for me and I didn't have to stress about it.
I would 100% recommend Valiant to everyone, and will absolutely be using them again in the very near future, when it comes to upgrading my business vehicle, because I know I'll be able to get in contact with Joe, and he'll work his magic for me!
