Adam from Valiant was spot on! 😀

Called him, booked him, survey of the house completed (neighbours too) traps put down. One week, mouse caught! He’s also completed loads of prevention work, keeping those pests out the roof! Brilliant communication and kept me up to date and explained everything well…even took his shoes off in the house haha. Recommend! Easy payment too. Thanks Adam and keep up the good work!!! Worth every penny!

Adam is very competent and thoughtful in his approach. Has extensive knowledge in despatching vermin and takes great pride in his work.

I don't claim when he said you would. He did a fantastic job. We had a wasps nest in the loft but could not see any wasps. He explained they leave the nest and then go into hiding over winter and come out in Spring. I didn't know this. He treated the area with a bomb. Sounds bad but it wasn't. The following day there were a lot of dead wasps. I dread to think what would happen if they came out in spring. All were females so we could have had loads of nests. Fantastic service and the great price. We also had a small nest in the shed which he checked and got rid of but said there were no wasps there. I know who I will be calling if I have another problem.

Thanks Adam for a Great job done.....The spikes have certainly worked, no more pigeons!!! and most important of all, no more of their droppings all over my garden and drive, you certainly know your stuff. Adam has been brilliant. He came to our house several times and gave lots of advice and help. And at short notice too! Since he’s installed a few things around our house (at a very reasonable price!) we haven’t heard any more scratching in our walls!! Adam came round at short notice to help with the removal of some wasps nest in our loft & for some general advice. From the start, he was very professional and proved to be extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. Following an initial assessment, the original brief changed to a complete insulation removal and replacement. The quality of work Adam carried out was exceptional. He kept us updated with progress always ensured any mess was tidied up and taken away with him.....and the loft is immaculate! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Adam.

We were the unfortunate victim of a rat infestation in part of our work building. Though the landlord paid for inital inspection and treatment, sadly he refused to agree to and pay for the remedial work required to remove remains, decontaminate and lay new insulation.
We became very desperate and very nearly had to close due to the smell and maggots not to mention the health risk.
Adam, was very thorough, transparent and informative of all work carried out and all work needed.
We managed to gain agreement internally to fund this ourselves and Adam couldn't have been more flexible and accommodating in fitting us in around his already pre-booked jobs in order for us to resume service.
His positive, can do attitude is a breath of fresh air. Nothing was ever too much. Highly recommend 👌

Adam was excellent throughout, super friendly and did an amazing job removing the squirrel’s from our loft. Loads of communication from start to finish, extremely personable and great work when he visited the house (which he did 3 or 4 times to ensure the job was complete). I would highly recommend him to anyone and he will be the first person we call should we need anything removing from the house or garden in the future. I cannot speak highly enough of his work. I've used Adam a couple of times now, one time for a wasp nest and another for Ants (turns out the stuff I had can actually kill or cause serious illness to cats!) On both occasions, Adam turned up on time, professional and friendly. Will definitely use again!
