I had a “Wrong Product Delivered – No Response or Refund”terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with Valinta for Mens. I ordered YELLOW HALDI SEPICEL MIRROR MENS KURTA WITH PAJAMA – M/38 (Order #16157) on November 6, 2025, but received a completely wrong product.

There is no working contact number, no refund or return option on their website, and despite sending multiple emails, I’ve received no response. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Requesting Valinta to process my refund immediately and improve their customer service — ignoring genuine customers damages your brand’s trust.

Buyers beware — avoid this site.

I placed an order on ValintaForMens.com for a designer embroidered kurta. The product shown on their website was elegant with intricate embroidery. What I received was a cheap, low-quality imitation — completely different in embroidery, fabric, and finishing.

Their contact number is unreachable. I’ve emailed, messaged on Instagram, but received no reply. This is a clear case of misrepresentation.

I have filed complaints with the National Consumer Helpline and CCAvenue (their payment gateway). This seems like an intentional scam.
Buyers beware — avoid this site.
