Terrible

I had a terrible experience! As a frequent shopper, I've never encountered a company as problematic as this one. I've done everything I can to obtain a refund for a pair of jeans that took six weeks to arrive. Despite requesting a return shipping label four times, I've had no success. I strongly advise against buying from them.

Frauds

Ordered a pair of jeans and took over a month to get here. They sent me the wrong size! They said I got sent an old batch. We have been emailing back and forth (takes them exactly 1 week each time to respond back). They told me, to confirm the size and they will send a replacement right away, now they are saying send us a photo of the merchandise and we will send the replacement right away. I feel at this point, I am getting the run around. Don’t order anything from this place, they are trash!

I would give zero stars

I would give zero stars. The pants are not jeans. They do not stretch at all and they are not the jeans displayed on the site. They will not refund my money. The reason given was because the jeans already shipped out to me. Makes no sense at all. It's definitely a scam. Do not buy. Stay away.

Ordered shoes from Villarie (different spelling) and same experience as others - product is “on back order” and the website + tracking link + customer services email address have all gone dark.

SCAM WARNING...VALLARI LONDON

Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company. They are not in London but based in a sweat shop in China, I was lucky & a jacket did arrive, but the quality was so poor and Substandard, I couldn't in good conscience even pass it on to the homeless, if you look them up in London street view, the address doesn't exist on the rood. They use legitimate websites to take money like Shop but do not send you a proper invoice so you can complain to shop, I think PayPal have already banned them. I have been trying for months and now they have disappeared all together so money lost. Absolutely do not do any business with the name Vallari London, SCAM artists.

Requested a refund, this was declined as my order was in transit !!!!! since 9.12.24. Vallari-London are a total scam

Vallari-London are a total scam. We ordered 4 branded jumpers and a branded jacket. There were lots of Emails backwards and forwards, all attempting to be misleading from Vallari. Eventually severely substandard unbranded items were delivered to us from China. Same as others here, we were told to return the items to China at our own cost, even though the return label on the packaging was in the UK. We have taken this up with our credit card company, and they have refunded our money. Please do not buy anything 'sponsored' as closing down sales on Facebook - they are new limited companies set up to scam as many people as possible out of their hard-earned money.

SAME REVIEW SCAM STAY AWAY

Reading all these reviews and my experience is no different. Ordered the leather jackets advertised on the 28th November.

Shipping is pending. And I received an email to say the order is on its way and sorry if it wasn't clear on the website that all items were coming from China? If I wanted to order to order from China, we wouldn't be ordering anything. Con and scam please stay away.

Rubbish don’t buy

Bought 3 suits and pair of boots.
The company states Royal Mail delivery and says they are closing the shop and it is clearance , it is not clearance the items came from China so is new stock not clearance, I ordered on 10/12/24 received 15/01/25 over a month to come which if the items were the right size as the size chart on the website wouldn’t have been a problem but as the sizes were way smaller and the quality was to be kind poor so asked for a refund got offered 10% refund and keep the suits that don’t fit what use is that? Then got offered replacement in a different size not an option now I have seen the quality.
Then got the return address in china postage at my expense! My view is that I should be able to return the items to the UK as that is where I was under the impression that I was buying them from I would not have ordered them if I had known that they were coming from China due to the shipping time. It appears to me that this company is deliberately misleading customers and should be avoided at all costs.

Vallari is not a Chinese company

Some people on here seem to think that Vallari is a Chinese scam, it isn’t. Vallari just drop ship your order through to a Chinese company. When I received the shoddy goods ordered on Vallari.co.uk and delivered from China, I emailed info@vallari to demand my money back. I received a reply from an Anne at Mason Craft, London. I Googled them and they also had a clothes website (Masoncraft.co.uk) which has been taken down now. It said on this website that Mason Craft was owned by Ecom Angel Ltd. I looked it up on Companies House. The CEO is Ahmed Rateb, a 20 year old Egyptian guy who I think lives in Egypt. It was incorporated on 30 May 2024. Their address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2N 9JQ. The phone number is 07520643024 but they don’t answer. If you have been scammed, you should report it to Action Fraud - Police as I have either online or by phone. The more people that report any given scam, the greater the possibility that it will be investigated.

UPDATE 3rd February: within a few days of receiving the rubbish goods I opened a dispute through my bank as I had paid with a debit card. They refunded my money temporarily and contacted Vallari London. They said if my dispute was successful, I could keep the money. If not, they would take it back. Today, I have received a message from the bank saying Vallari has challenged the dispute but the bank say they have enough information to continue defending my claim. The saga continues. I recommend anyone that can, to dispute the sale through whichever route they can. Even if you do not get your money back, it will give you some satisfaction to give these criminals a bit of grief.

Scamming outfit, Do not get scammed..

Do not buy from this company they are not based in London they are from China, The leather jacket I bought was made from a blanket material and sprayed to appear like leather. The historic background is completely false. I paid £44.95 for a aviator's leather jacket which was not leather whatsoever and could have been bought for £10 in most clothing shops in England..

China Scam drop shipping scam products don’t turn up scam scumbag scam

Do not buy from Vallari. £200 worth of gear ordered on 30th November (told it would be 7-10 working days delivery), still in China. Scammers - pretending to be closing down and play the sob story s**t but just a Chinese local company pretending to be high end London retailer and drop shipping. When questioned they said it’s on its way. I asked for my money back and they said return the items, which they know have not arrived and I can see are still (apparently) in transit in china, they only sent them on the 6th January, 5 weeks after the initial order. Don’t be idiots like the rest of us and keep your hard earned money in your pocket!
