Beware of this investment

The business "Valley Wellness" (Treatment) is sending out unsolicited e-mails to advertise their business as an investment opportunity. I wondered whether it is even a legit thing, but then I saw that they stated a completely unrealistic 5x ROI over a span of 5 years.
It appears that they've taken data on a large scale from an entirely different company's shareholder database.
When confronted with the fact that this isn't allowed, the person that was behind it has literally tried to guilt-trip me ("Im glad you have not had anyone close to you go through that.") instead of acknowledging the gross mistake; then, telling me to unsubscribe (on your own) if I am not interested, even though I never signed up in the first place. Duh! Needless to say that this audacity came without an apology.

The ultimate excuse to everything of "not [being] sure" (as if that would render all laws inapplicable) was also attempted.
They should consider relocating their business to a country where what they're doing isn't illegal.
My follow-up on the progress of fixing the mistake was replied to with a mimicked confusion, as if there's no way to identify what a follow-up is about, despite the entire conversation history being part of the follow-up email.
