FULLY INSURED. Good In Transit up to 50,000, Carriage of Goods by Road up to 1,000,000 Friendly and reliable staff, available to help 7 days a week. PACKING SERVICE: We do Packing for the Extra Cost. Please so ask if required. Additional pricing would be added onto final quote after requirements and materials have been discussed. IMPORTANT: •Abroad Removals Deposit will be REQUIRED • Please check if we are still available before accepting the quote. • Your inventory list must be correct. • If inventory list is not correct we may charge extra on the day if quantity is more than originally discussed. • It is customers responsibility to make sure our removal van will have space to park, any parking fines or congestion charges will have to be paid for by the customer. • Return trips will have additional discounted pricing added onto quote. Depending on return quantity amount. • If there is no list of items available - quote is including full Luton van ONLY • Please always advice what floors both properties are on , if distance loading/unloading more than 25 meter - we may charge you an extra! Please to ask. •Dismantling and reassembling charges are normally around £55 per item, depending on complexity and time taken. • We cannot disconnect or reconnect appliances due to insurance limitations. Please make sure this is arranged separately if you are unable to do this yourself. • If we arrive at your new property and we are waiting on keys to access the property to unload, the first hour is free of charge. Any wait after this initial hour is chargeable at; £50 p/h for a two-man team, £65 p/h for a three-man team and £75 p/h for a four-man team. This also applies to delays for any other reason that is outside of our control and/or that is due to something that was not mentioned prior to booking.
