Avoid! Order placed and no confirmation and no goods but have taken the money. Tried to contact them via email & telephone but no response.
They also seem to trade as Redappleav as the address is the same. Avoid!!

I placed an order some 10 days ago now. I had an email saying they were processing it. Since then nothing, emails have bounced, the phone number plays a message saying the person at extension "x" is unavailable... which is a weird message from a company number so I have serious doubts now.

I have had to give 1 star otherwise I can’t place a review but this Mickey Mouse company doesn’t warrant that. Do not use - takes your money and doesn’t send the item. No response to emails and when eventually got through on the phone told to wait another day before calling back for a refund. Now can’t get hold of anyone. Having to go through my bank to get a chargeback for the purchase. Avoid this company at all costs

I recently bought a LNB for our satellite dish from Valuestores. This has been a great experience and I am very impressed with the professionalism of this company. I bought a SpiderBox 6000HD from Valuestores via Amazon for a VERY good price.

The unit was dead on arrival, but I didn't realise until after the normal 7 day return period as it took a few days before I was ready to set it up.

I contacted the seller directly via their website and service was superb. After getting me to do some basic checks, the seller shipped me a replacement with a prepaid return bag in the package without quibble.

Excellent service, will use again.
