I live in Australia and I wasn't able…

I live in Australia and I wasn't able to order through this site so I emailed them directly and asked if there was a way I could pay them separate to the website options. I got an email back from Michelle apologising and she was super helpful, she sent me an invoice and I was able to make payment, I just received my valvue caps and they look amazing! Thank you so much Michelle and the team!

Very poor

I had dispatch confirmation on 6 January advising 10 days until delivery.
Over two weeks later, still no delivery.
I emailed them after 10 days and got an automatically generated email of platitudes.
Very poor!
Their reply indicates that they don’t appear to understand they they’ve had my money but I’ve not had my order!

Hello Tony, sorry to hear you are not happy with your experience. Postage can take up to 10 days due to Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter terms unfortunately but usually not that long. You emailed us only once, yesterday late afternoon, and due to the volume of orders we receive, like most e-commerce operations, the emails are automated UNLESS you follow the instructions in the email which is to mark your email as 'urgent - item not received', in which case we would prioritise it and respond immediately. Unfortunately, like the Royal Mail delivery service, we can't control whether or not our customers follow our recommendations, hence resulting in your own disappointment. These things, which are out of our control, do happen from time to time and we would have gladly resolved it swiftly had the process been followed.

Great dust caps

Needed some new dust caps for my Dads car and came across these online. Looked great, Audi rings on them, very easy to order and pay. They arrived quickly, they’re well made and exactly as described, perfect and one happy Dad. Definitely recommend.

Not impressed at all

Not impressed at all. Bought the black RS caps. Put them on took car for a car wash and the paint on them is coming off already. All tarnished and look horrible now so I’ve taken them off and binned them. Waste of money!

Hi Zoe, very sorry to hear that. We sell thousands of anodised valve cap sets and we only hear of a similar issue on very rare occasions when the purchaser fails to follow the instructions that we put in every shipment. Firstly, the caps are not painted, they are anodised which is a chemical bonding process. The anodised finish can only become tarnished when you take your car to a cheap car wash and they use extremely aggressive chemicals (which are damaging your entire car, by the way). This would happen with any valve caps or anodised accessories as it is the nature of the chemicals that the car washes use to clean your car quickly for the lowest possible price. Thankfully, most of our customers take note of our advice and remove them beforehand or simply don't use such establishments... its a bit like using a Brillo pad to clean your car bonnet.

A valve cap I can trust!

Nothing but good experiences with ValveCaps.co.uk. Owning multiple sports cars (from Porsche, to Audi RS and beyond) I am very picky about what parts I will use and why!

Valve caps can add a great little touch to what can be a boring accessory and it’s something I always invest in when I buy a new vehicle. I have had 6/7 sets of valve caps from this company and have found that they always seem to stand the test of time. I’ve found some companies offering similar products at this price point can fail quite easily, I was sick to death of valve caps that the second a jet washer touched them the logos would fly off!!

I’m glad to say that with this company the caps have had no issues, always had quick customer service replies and dispatches. Never had any issues !

Thanks again, I will be back!

Excellent value for money.

Excellent value for money and delivered very quickly. Might have been better for my wire wheels if they were made from stainless steel but that would obviously increase the cost. Overall I would certainly recommend the company.

These people took my money didn't…

These people took my money didn't deliver my goods never replied to my emails and I had to contact PayPal to get a refund. I should have looked at the poor reviews on Trust pilot before wasting my time. Two months later they came back to me regarding my review. They shouldn't be allowed to trade by ecommerce!! In response to your comment. I asked you to send another item. You didn't!

Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, on occasion, items can go missing in the post which is not actually our fault but that of Royal Mail. If you follow the procedure and contact us directly, we will always resolve any issues as customer satisfaction is our number one priority. In terms of the reviews on TrustPilot, we have only just claimed our account and started to respond on this platform but, in actual fact, we sell thousands of valve caps so, percentage wise, the volume of complaints that we do receive are extremely low... like the old adage says, people will always air their grievances but very rarely say anything when things go well! I'm sorry we have fallen short on this occasion and glad to hear that PayPal refunded your payment swiftly. Just to confirm, the likelihood is that the parcel(s) were held at customs in Bulgaria although they have not been returned to the UK. I can only apologise once again and we would always refund a missing item.

On reading the poor reviews I was…

On reading the poor reviews I was concerned the company would not deliver. I can only speak from my experience. I received confirmation of my order then wishing to change the color from Black to Silver caps, I contacted the company, Michelle was very helpful and change my order as requested. 2 days later I received confirmation goods had been dispatched. The goods were received 5 days later. I take one star off as I thought the price was a little steep for this product compared to other web sites.

Poor Customer Experience

Ordered a set of “M” valves for my M4 on July 2nd 2025. Their original email confirming my purchase stated “allow 7 days for processing”.

8 days have now passed without any further acknowledgement of shipping. I chased them and received a stock reply.

It would seem this company has some desirable products but either cannot cope with volumes of orders OR just doesn’t care about their business and NEW customers!!??

Not great

Ordered 14th May. Update Email on the 19th to say it had been shipped. Still nothing received. How they ship the items is extremely flawed, surely there is a better alternative. No information or evidence the item was even sent

This is mainly due to the size and weight of the goods and it just wouldn't be cost effective for our customers to use a tracked method. Be advised.....

I placed an order on 9th May, had an email to say it was dispatched on 19th May but am still waiting.....
I emailed the only contact that is available on 6th June & got an automated reply saying:
Thank you for getting in touch with ValveCaps.co.uk
Due to the high volume of orders and enquiries that we are currently receiving, we may not be able to respond immediately, however, we will be in touch as soon as we can.
As of today, no-one has been in touch, so I sent another email only to get the same response.....
If I could give 0 stars I would.
Apalling customer service.
