On 10 September I ordered 2 dresses. Over 6 weeks later I had not received anything or any notification that there might be a delay. I emailed them to enquire and received a dismissive, terse email back that the items were delayed oh, and by the way, one item was no longer was available.
I replied expressing my dismay and asked for a confirmation of delivery. One short sentence was returned with no firm delivery date.
By the time the package arrived, and finally a confirmation on email of a partial refund, I was appalled by the quality of the dress. It is shoddy, poor workmanship and not wearable. It goes in the bin and everyone should be warned of this disgraceful business.

Terrible experience with their customer service. The dress I received was terribly cheap, and did not resemble the dress in the advertisement. When I reached out the Vamfo to return the item, I was told the shipping would be too expensive to return and that they would give me 17$ for my trouble- When i followed up on getting the very skimpy refund for a dress that is unwearable, They ceased to respond. The refund was never received. This policy for online retailers is unacceptable. I do not know how they remain in business. I would give them a no star rating if it were possible. Very dissatisfied.

I bought 2 dresses on this website and when I received them they were not as advertised. Not the same material, not the same shape and clearly not the same quality as shown on the website.

They suggested paying me 20 to keep the dresses or i could send back the dress to china at my expense.
now they will not respond to my emails.
