As everybody else already mentioned this is a fake company and is not what it claims to be. It is a dropship from China, of a very low quality product that has nothing to do with what is on the picture placed on the website. It is clear that goal is to cheat the customer. So disappointing that such companies are allowed to function in The Netherlands. It is a clear fraud.
I recently purchased a sweatshirt from Van der Kroon based on their description of a high-quality, breathable fabric with a relaxed fit. The product I received was far from what was advertised—it was of very poor quality and not a sweatshirt at all.
When I contacted customer service, they offered me unsatisfactory solutions: a small 10% refund or requiring me to return the product to China at my own expense for a full refund. The return shipping cost would be unreasonably high, and their refusal to take responsibility for their misleading descriptions is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this company. Their return policy and customer service practices place an unfair burden on customers, especially when the issues stem from their own misrepresentation.
