Their return process is terrible. I am planning a wedding and ordered 2 ties to allow me to choose between them. I decided and sent an email to request a return of the other... I received no reply. I sent a second email and, again, received no reply. As a tester I emailed a third email but this time I asked whether I could order a tie from them which was currently out of stock. I received a reply from this email almost instantly. It seems that they are happy to sell ties but do not have good processes in place to return unwanted items.
