Delivered on the expected date. The driver was very kind and efficient, he carried the Clic-Clac up many steps to my front door and even helped me get it into the hall. I am very pleased with the product!
Delivery was scheduled between 10:30 and 12:30, so I arranged to be home (which isn’t easy with work). The driver only contacted me at 15:30. Delays can happen, so I suggested he continue his route and come back later because I already left home. He said he would check… then no follow-up. I had to call back myself, only to be told that “his manager refused.”
I then contacted customer service. They said the delivery would be rescheduled for the next day, with no option to choose a time slot, even though I explained I needed to organize around work. I wasn’t even told the new time until 18:00, and the slot was 7:30–9:30 (very difficult with kids and work).
I asked to be notified in advance if there was any delay. They said the maximum notice is 30 minutes. However, the next day they were late again… and instead of calling 30 minutes before as agreed, the driver called only when he was already at my door.
Overall: zero planning, poor communication, and no respect for the announced time slot. I do not recommend

I have always had such a pleasant experience with this company. They share the updates regularly and are always on time. And the delivery guys are always respectful and friendly.
Not good, the delivery person just leave the package in the main entrance of the building, they didn’t bring it to my home address, my apparent is on the 3rd level of the building what a shame👎🏻
