I have had my license for 40 years and when I take the continuing Ed classes, I read all of the information. I
am not slow but it was a 4 hour course and some say it
would take 3.5 hours and it took me 5 hours. I thought some of the information went on and on. Other than that, it was a very good class.

Outdated and mismatched quizzes for the sections. Very confusing.

I will never use Van Ed/360training.com again. Electronic voice and ridiculous page timers added a great deal of frustration and significantly increased the time to complete the course.
I let their "customer service" know about the issues so they could correct them, but they blew me off. Quality assurance is zero: it's obvious they don't care.
Van Ed/360taining.com: You should be ashamed of yourselves. I've relied on you for my CO real estate CE for years. Never again!
Note to potential new students: There are many other course providers out there. Save yourself hours and frustration - Don't waste your time and money on this company.

Going through the course I could not turn off the slow reader. And why is one page made to look like its hand written read to you and the next page identical but typed and read to you. Slow and you can’t move ahead. Extremely annoying.

Listening to the AI voice that taught the class was absolutely terrible because it doesn't speak with a normal cadence. I turned off the audio and then I would read the slides and wait at least 2-3 minutes for the slide to change which was excruciatingly boring.

The contract update class had a counter that required reading at a third grade level. I could usually read the content numerous times before I could advance to the next page. Extended the time required to complete the class and at 10 hours seemed long enough.
The Ira class requires acceptance of a legal statement that is ludicrous for a RE class. I will not sign something so absurd.
Looking for a new company. Too bad. I have used vaned for years. 360 has, in my opinion, ruined the format

The timing button that cannot be disabled for each slide is very annoying. I am a fast reader and having to wait for each slide is not good. Having to enroll in a Co class before I could proceed with my course mid-way in the middle of it was a violation of my rights and not acceptable. Overall, I prefer the previous course format but have to continue with the less than appealing new Vaned.

Van Ed has always been the go to place if you want on line credits.

Lack of Disclosure of Questions Missed.
It's disappointing when a question is missed yet the correct answer is not displayed. Also concerned about the time the courses take to complete as they usually take longer to complete than stated. Lots of duplicate verbiage, misspelled words. Also would be helpful during the final exam, that I could mark the questions that I'd like to go back to and recheck. This particular Water Course, had too much legalese and information that is way over-board and not useful in real estate.

Too long of am exam. Too much material covered. Took 10 hours to complete

Easy to register and convenience of being able to take class online.
This class had conflicting information, and it went over the same information multiple times. It felt like 4 different instructors were giving their side of the same story, repeatedly. On screen 194, it read, "What is a short sale?" What? I was almost done with the course. There was no documents to show, that are approved by the CO Real Estate Commission and I thought I would learn about the Short Sale Addendum, the Seller Authorization form we use as well as the seller net sheet that is available in CO. One section said a short sale will protect a homeowner's credit and they would be able to buy a home again in 2 years, and another section said that it would be 5-7 years if they do a short sale, which was conflicting.
The new 360 training online platform is horrible. Definitely not student friendly. Simply the fact that you have to email them to email you your certification via a communication with Van Ed seems extremely redundant and time-consuming. The timed pages on the courses, are not even in reference to real time reading. So if I read the whole page that had a minute and 30 seconds on the timer, literally it would take 33 seconds to read the page. Leaving you to wander for about a minute. Simply said the timing on each page is unrealistic. I understand you want a four hour class, but don’t fill that four hour class with a timer as opposed to content. I will be looking for a new outlet to do continuing education as Van Ed’s transfer to 360 is Terrible. Though the typos were less, it’s an inefficient and exasperated process to complete a class. Please reconsider your connection with 360 training. Van Ed did just wonderful on their own. Again, I will be looking for someplace else to do my classes.
I needed a few credits to be complete at the end of December, 2025. I thought right away about Vaned because I don't have a video cam, and my past experience, though a long time ago, was so positive.
The good news! is that I was able to get the credits I needed. Thank you for that.
However, I feel a lot of the information was stale, especially regarding the Understanding Credit course.
Water Law was good but again I felt somewhat outdated. Short Sale class was the best of the three courses.
Thanks so much, but I will not recommend Vaned to anyone without explaining that they can get their credits, but the info might be quite outdated.
I think the courses should be reviewed critically and brought up-to-date.
Thank you and God bless - Therese Lorentz
Covered the material very well. Only disappointment was that when you clicked on the links for additional reference material, it kicked you out of the program do you had to sign yourself in again to continue.
