Content for a 1 hr course took 2.75 hours moving quickly. Redundant points presented multiple times throughout the course. Videos took quite awhile considering a 1 hr. CE. The before & after photos were 95% from opposite angles in the rooms staged, therefore irrelevant to 'before' and 'after' representation. Survey required to be done prior to exam. Exam questions: 2-3/15 were on the Staging topic, the rest on general real estate, Market conditions, etc. Text from 2017 I believe, and use of Master bedroom/bathroom instead of the now PC 'Primary' needs to be updated. There were some good points in the course, but presentation could have been more concise and updated.

I have used your company for over a decade and always loved your courses the way it was structured and the ease of use. Since you’ve merged with 360, I’m assuming that’s another company, everything has changed. I had to call twice just to get access to the courses which I’ve never had to do, and then it had an automatic voice reader for every slide, which slowed me down. I was able to get that fixed after my phone call. The last thing is you had a timer on slides that if you read quicker than the timer you were stuck sitting there waiting for the timing to go down to zero and sometimes it took up and over a minute. I normally finish these courses in three max four hours this time. It took me six hours which is totally unacceptable. I’m sorry to write this review as I was an avid fan of your company, but things have changed.

Good mostly relevant and current content. Investment course was a little "choppy" trying to blend residential and commercial investing under "one"roof".

It took me over 6 hours to get through the course (not including breaks). The content was excellent, but even though I have been an active broker full-time for 46 years, I say you need to give us at least 4 hours CE credit for this one.
Also, and probably because of my age, I find it impossible to locate and download the completion certificate. I will keep trying next week with the help of your support.

Site wouldn’t acknowledge my test after I took it, then I got a “site maintenece” page. I took a screen shot. Because of that I couldn’t get my needed hours. From now on it’s CE Shop.

The classes were informative but I’m unable to receive my certificates.
I called to inquire what I can do to gather them and your office was closed for the holiday.
Vaned customer service being closed during the busiest time for clients to obtain the very product you sell is unacceptable.

I did not like the voice reading each page. When I mute it, it brings a block up on the bottom of the screen that blocks the content so I can't read everything. And, it seemed like 2025 CREC was super long.

the course was good, but a number of technical difficulties around sound and when I saved and exited, then came back, I was returned to a previous section of the course.

I learned some valuable lessons instead of just taking the class.

Scored well on final test because the lessons were clear and focused.

Ease of use and can do on my computer and not sit in a class room all day.

The course was very repetitive, and it literally took three hours longer than if I just gone to an in-person class. I have always used Vaned for CE in Colorado, but I will be looking at other places they are not the same since they have changed to the 360.

What made my experience great was the learning experience and the in-depth review of the current updated laws and regulations for me to become a better real estate agent

Everything was good and I understood everything just fine and passed the test without issue! But, why didn't it take 8 hrs to finish? I thought it was only 4 hrs! So I wasn't really happy about that part.
