I ordered a pair of sandals a month ago and have had no contact from the company in regards to the order. I just got a message that they were not going to deliver them to me and nothing about a refund. They are a dreadful company and I wish that I had never given them my money. Don’t buy from them as they are a scam company.

I just wished I had read these reviews before I purchased my Sandles. They are rubbish and the company dies not reply to any firm of contact. obviously some sort of scam and they must have paid relatives and friends to write the good reviews as they are not good!!

Size is definitely NOT the normal uk size
Ordered a size 5 way too small
So spent £30 on a pair of boots I can’t wear
Very disappointed never reply to email
Won’t be buying again from them

Wish I had known how bad the quality of the jumpers were ordered sent wrong size wrong colour now can not get in touch with them absolutely disgusting

When my sandals arrived I was shocked at the poor quality and immediately notified Vanejo that I wished to return the goods as I am legally entitled to do. Despite 2 reminders they have not replied and I am now claiming in the Small Claims Court.

I wish I had read reviews before buying, and my advice is to keep well away from this dreadful company.

I received my sanders in May, although one of the soles was hanging off which I repaired, they are very comfortable. I wore them for 2 weeks on holiday and they basically fell apart. I have contacted the company twice and no response. Disgusting company.

I received my sandals and am not happy as they are not like the product photo of the lovely sandals I ordered. The quality is very poor and the design has been modified completely using very cheap materials. I paid £29.99 for them and I am very disappointed but there is no return address to get a refund and NO customer service after several emails. They are now going in the bin as I will never wear them.
I would rather have given my money to a good charity. Do not buy !!.

Same as everyone, I have emailed several times to make a return, sandals awful! One bigger than the other

I had to give one star to write the review but the sandals are not worth one star absolutely disgusting company surely there is something that can be done regarding this company,they need stopping.Want to return but they don’t reply.

Sandles arrived very poor quality certainly not orthopaedic much too big although I ordered smallest size. Have tried to get returns address but no response from them. This company needs to be stopped by the police. As you can see other customers are having the same experience. They are making a lot of money on a false advert and there is no way to contact them.

Absolute rubbish. Sent several emails to return and had no response.

Awful the worst customer service as in none! Never received shoes emailed six times no reply! Just be aware don’t make the same mistake as me! Luckily I paid on credit card so raised a dispute & got money back via Mastercard

I have had the same experience as others that have left reviews on here, just wish I’d checked on here first!
Very poor quality, cheap , slow delivery, no reply to emails/messages asking for refund. So everything they say in advert is just a lie!! Do NOT buy from this seller!!

I was duped big style. The Chloe orthopaedic sandals are not fit for purpose. Cheap smelly plastic. Do not buy. Save your money

No replies to requests for refund. Sent wrong items. no customer service or follow up. DON'T TRUST

I have just received the ‘orthopaedic’ sandals I ordered weeks ago. What a con! They are made of cheap plastic and are much too big ( having followed their advice to go up a size). When I looked for their refund policy I found that it is in French. I will try for a refund but don’t hold out much hope. Facebook take note, this company is a con.

Do not use this company. I placed an order yesterday and realised my Apple pay had defaulted to the wrong address, I tried to contact this company straight away and throughout the to try to get it changed but nobody got back to me, there was no contact number to call just an email address. I got a text today to say my order has been shipped (highly unlikely) and it is coming from China, I have been caught out again, there was no reference to where the item was coming from if I had known it was china I would not have ordered it. I cannot see what else I can do to cancel or divert this order. I hope the person my parcel goes to likes these shoes.
