Great Customer Support
I bought Microsoft Office and it wouldn’t install. I contacted Customer Support and they responded extremely quickly and were very helpful. Turns out the Office I bought wasn’t for Macs. They refunded my money very promptly and I bought the Mac version. Absolutely no problems. They have some of the best customer support I have ever had.

Software activation issue quickly resolved
On the email I received from Vaneyo providing the link to download my software, there were detailed instructions on what to do and what info to send to them if I ran into an issue activating my software after it was installed. The problem occurred, I followed their instructions and send them the required info and they got back to me with a code that allowed the software to be successfully activated. I am very satisfied with their level of support!
