I have a pension with vanguard and had some questions about where the money was invested ,and how to move it around. I was helped by Ahmed who was amazing he spent 50 minutes helping me navigate the website and explained the different investments and what they meant .And talked me through how to move things around . I came off the phone feeling great and far more knowledgeable. I would comfortably call again , I say that as I was apprehensive about feeling silly. Thank you again Ahmed

Great customer support from Heena Patel. Could not book a call with a pension advisor. Might be because I was using a VPN that was linking to the US but site kept saying I had to fill in something else and I think everything was actually filled in.

However, Heena resolved it with only a short wait before getting through and then a cheery, fast resolution. Perfect!

I had an arranged telephone call today with Neena regarding pension access options. Neena rang me on time and very clearly explained the options available to me. I decided that phased drawdown was the best option for me. Neena then talked me through the online process to generate an illustration (the first of a couple of steps to drawdown) which I found easy and straightforward. I also found the written material setting out the range of options and things to consider very informative too. All in all, very good.

Vanguard is great in most things, although a bit bureaucratic sometimes. However, their live chat is very efficient as they don't keep you talking to bots. Today for instance I had a quick chat with someone called Dorcas and he sorted my issue promptly. It still gone take a while to resolve but that's due to Vanguard red tape. Overall I'm very satisfied in having my SIPP with Vanguard
