The fastest way to connect with qualified technical talent
VanHack is a shortcut to finding qualified talent. Their platform is easy to use, has great customer/talent advisor support, and the quality of interviews has been higher than any other source to-date.
We have experienced minor glitches on the platform and some candidates have been harder to get in touch with, but the support team has been fast and reliable and it's been a great solution overall
For Candidate flow, there has not been a better solution for us.

The VanHack team was extremely helpful in our search to hire talent. The platform itself is easy to use, but they are there to guide and help you along the way. From the very beginning it felt like a partnership.

Well Organized and Efficient for Intros
The event was well organized and the process and concept were clear and easy to follow. I liked that the companies were able to introduce themselves in the beginning and then the breakout interviews happened. The 5 minute per interview structure worked pretty well to meet a lot of potential candidates all at once and follow up with them after. Some feedback or changes for next time I would suggest: 1. We had 3 people from my team interviewing candidates, but couldn't tell if another team member had already spoken to them or not so grouped by company would be helpful. 2. There were some technical issues with the introductions in the beginning that should be addressed. 3. An email or information package prior to the event would have been helpful, we only learned how it worked and when to sign on from a slack message from our rep the day before.

Tech issues are a pain, we hear you! There are some limitations with Hopin that require each attending team member register for their own ticket. And at this time it's not possible to network as a 'group/company.'
Rest assured, we've shared over all platform improvements including audio/technical feedback with our contact there.
We want to ensure that our hiring partners have the best experience including getting the full rundown on everything they need to know for the event, and about the platform. Highly recommend having the team attend our test session for the full run down and event experience.

The event was great. There were some technical difficulties when doing the intro on the companies. We tried to connect and had to refresh the page to fix it. VanHack team managed it gracefully and it was ok. But hopefully that wouldn't happen again next time.
