I rent a 17 seater ford transit for europe trip with my family during the Christmas last year. We went from London to France, Switzerland, Austria and Germany then return back to London. It such an amazing trip. We Have such a precious space for the whole family and its very comfortable. It does save us a lot of money and we got an excellent service from the van hire company.

Hired a 9 seater from these guys, I will use again. The process was smooth from start to finish, great customer service and great communication. We got a free upgrade to a meres Vito brand new, I caused no damage and everything was fine. Thanks to the office staff and the polite delivery driver. Will let my collages know where to come in the first instance.

A very good service we have used other rental companies but this one is the best so far.

Absolutely awful company. Canceled my hire 1day b4 and took them more than a month to pay back the money. The payment as a good will never seen even if they promised many time. Glad to not to deal with this company anymore. Full of promises but nothing coming to reality. Be aware of this company.

Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid spring to mind completely shafted us, booked a mini bus for a stag weekend paid the money in advance only for the mini bus not to arrive at the arranged location. After plenty of calls we were then told it would be another couple of hours before it arrived which would have put us well behind & struggling to make our first activity on time. We had to take four cars meaning missing out on that first bonding session where every one would get to know each other. Also refusing to refund our money leaving those of us that had to drive at least £120.00 out of pocket.
STAY WELL AWAY THIS IS THE WORST VAN RENTAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED IN 35 YEARS OF DRIVING.

Shoddy at best.

Initial contact very positive and helpful but, regrettably, that’s as good as it gets.

Vehicle failed to appear at the time requested and, despite a verbal promise to refund, the subsequent correspondence has been the equivalent of ‘computer says no’ and an attempt to hide behind T & Cs.

Let’s be clear. Took our money. Didn’t provide the service required. Not a difficult concept.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to do on this occasion as I would hate for anybody else to have theIr holidays ruined in the same way ours were.
The company failed to deliver a minibus at the prearranged time (don’t ask for drop-off time if this is going to be completely disregarded)
Was informed after several attempts to contact the company that vehicle was several hours away when we had Planned to leave at a certain time to be at our destination. We had to make alternative arrangements travelling separately as opposed to one big group, this put a dampener on the occasion.
We were informed on the day that a refund would be provided due to their error and yet we are still to receive our monies back following our holiday.
A highly unprofessional company, with poor customer service; based on previous reviews with a clear history of letting down their clients. Stay clear at all costs!

I’d rather share a bedroom with Bill Cosby & Roman Polanski than use this company again. At least they’ll take you to dinner before shafting you!

Total let down. I wished I look at the reviews before I booked with them! Let us down with rubbish excuses for an important event . DO NOT USE!
