Awful customer service, damaged goods!
Brought a Christmas present for my other half from vanityled, website informed customers if they placed the order before the 18 December it’d arrive in time for Christmas. It arrived on the 30 December!
To add to this when I eventually gave my partner her late Christmas present when unwrapping we found the glass area have several deep scratches in the glass.
I’ve followed the returns policy process as per their website however they’re now ignoring my emails.
Avoid this company at all costs!
