I had a very good experience throughout the process of purchasing the van through finance. The person involved was extremely professional, responsive, and very helpful at every stage.

Dealt with Glenn at Dartford, really helpful. I spoke to him on Wednesday and picked the van up Thursday. The whole process was polite, and efficient.

Rory and Lucy at the Dartford Agency were extremely helpful, professional and amicable, informative regarding necessary paperwork and procedure to complete the purchase without a hitch. The basic checks were done, oil, water etc before I drove away but couple of days later using the screen washers found them not to work.

Rory was a a great member of staff to deal with, helped me through a speedy and smooth transaction.

Had a genuine and wonderful interaction with van monster in dartford Rory Barber was soo helpful, finding me the right van with the spec I needed and even got the van moved closer to London it was all the way in Leeds, and when I got to dartford the van was immaculate clean serviced and mot’d gave me the whole history of the van and his college Lucy chambers was amazing she got me insurance to drive away and helped me out with the paperwork, and the mechanic I wish I remembered his name, came and showed me everything was in order and what I needed to keep my eyes on as the miles go up, honestly I will never go to a different dealership ever again.

Great overall experience. Lucy and Daryl were excellent. Very easy process, kept very well informed. Very good aftercare as well. Would definitely use them again.

From ordering to pickup of my Mercedes-Benze LWB sprinter went smoothly. Everyone was happy to help sorting out the finance. Glen at Dartford kept updated with the progress. I was given about 3/4 weeks turnaround time. But completed within 2 weeks.
