Van Monster - Warrington Reviews 

I recently bought my new car from Mike Rossiter and it was a very quick and easy process. I got frequent email upsets so I always knew what was happening and when, and I drove off with the car only 1 week after first viewing. Would definitely come back and would recommend for anyone looking for a new car or van.

I bought a Vauxhall corsa yesterday from Mike at the Warrington branch. When speaking with the team I had nothing but excellent customer service, since being a first time buyer I was nervous about where to buy a car from and what I was looking for when it comes to my first car but the team at Warrington was so helpful and understanding about my needs and provided me an excellent running car at an outstanding price. (Almost half the price of other companies) Thank you to everyone at the Warrington branch, you have made my dream come true.

Great service from Mike Rossiter at Van Monster Warrington, great service from start to finish, nothing was an issue, got a good deal done, not pushy, just honest sales man, who cares about what he does, would highly recommend

Sold me a crafter Luton van that had damaged engine and ad blue , vw said the problem had been logged previously

Any attempt to contact the Manchester office was ignored and I was fobbed off and eventually I think my number was blocked

Final result is an £11000 full engine replacement on a vehicle I paid £24000 owned roughly a year and did less than 15000 motorway miles in

Branch contacted me back but told me nothing could be done and it was down to me to sort out

No problem purchasing the van .. few weeks later I notice warning lights coming on the dashboard..
I call the number I was given if there's any issues.. North Gate.
I'm informed that the nearest garage is 40mins away from my home.. I'm then informed that garages closer to me can not deal with my vehicle because it's a van, an there not set up to deal with vans.. why would a company called van monster deal with any garages that are not able to accommodate vans..

First time that we have used Van Monster - definitely will be going back.

I had visited a number of car sales companies before happening upon Van Monster. I made an initial web enquiry about an Audi A1 one evening, and was contacted by Chris Kershaw early the next day, and arranged to see the car that afternoon. Chris was friendly, professional and let me have a good look over the car and a test drive without any pressure whatsoever. The car was immaculate and an absolute bargain compared to what the large corporates were offering. Buying was not a difficult decision and as a cash buyer there was no hassle to take a finance deal as I'd experienced at other dealerships. The pickup was smooth, the car was fully valeted and given a 12 month MOT, and Chris sorted the tax out for me before driving away. After 12 years of driving a Peugoet I'm delighted with the upgrade and buying from Van Monster was easy and stress free. We would definitely use them again in future.

Called in on the off chance spoke to a guy called Mike 20 mins later I had bought a new van very helpful and knowledgeable looked at a few vans decided on a citroen berlingo.
Collected the van on the monday afternoon all sound no issues as yet,reccomended if you need a van get down to vanmonster I warrington
