Batteries would not charge , and they want me to pay for shipping with no guarantee that they will refund my money. As soon as I picked them up I could tell these batteries were no good, they were light as a feather. I won’t ever buy anything from them again, and neither should you

Total garbage product and customer service. Battery they sent didn't work at all. Then they want me to pay to ship it back to them, to maybe get a refund for the battery. I would not be refunded the shipping cost. Do not recommend.

Purchased 2 Milwaukee M18 5Ah.

Pur. 5/8/26 Messaging attempted under 30 days starting 6/7/26

Both flashed rapid red when charged. Bat 1 worked briefly but in under 30 days was found to be completely depleted. It flashed green/red when charging was attempted.
Battery 2 was then used and lasted only a few minutes. It too flashed green/red when attached to charger.
Several attempts were made to communicate and after 10 days of no reply, I am simply asking my CC to do a chargeback.
So...

I honestly DO NOT know how I had the idea that they were ever qualified company.

The batteries are advertised as 5.0Ah BUT when opened up to examine the cells and doing a little math, it is actually a 1.5Ah and many arrive DOA. They are made by the same JUNK battery mfg. that are sold by many "battery companies" Vanon doesn't even make them. The plastic housing is way too brittle and if they arrived in working order, you won't get 10 cycles from them... .. Stay away from this crap.

Do not purchase batteries from this company unless you want to throw your money away.

They advertised batteries would fit my tool, but the batteries did not fit, and they will not cover shipping the batteries back. Instead, they will argue with you! I will never purchase from this company again!!!

I ordered two 18v Lithium Ion batteries for my dewalt tools from Vanonbatteries at a cost of $48.60. When I received them, they wouldn't charge - no response in my charger. Vanon claimed they had received a "bad batch" of batteries and took a month to send me another pair. These seemed to charge okay, but the first died before cutting finishing an 8-foot long cut in 3/4" plywood. The second died after cutting about 16 feet of cut in 3/4" plywood. Neither battery would even light up the charger after that nor show any charge via their charge lights. Vanon insisted I pay for return shipping at a cost via UPS ground of $36.99! It's not my fault they sent me 4 useless batteries! And it took 6 weeks to get this far! This is terrible company policy and customer treatment!!!

I would give zero star if possible.

1) product quality: The battery products I purchased don’t work or charge at all.

2) The customer service: very delayed response, now no response.

3) Refund: don’t refund after the batteries were shipped back to them, at my own expense. Still no fund after 3 weeks.

I ordered 4 Milwaukee M18 8ah and 4 Dewalt 20V 8ah batteries; total cost $186 Nov 2025. Couldn’t get the Milwaukee’s to charge on my Milwaukee Charger. Charged them on my Visa Credit Card. Vanon declined my request to return batteries saying they were outside 30 day warranty. Contacted my CC bank and indicated I was not satisfied . After banks investigation, bank credited back my purchase. Amazing how Vanon business model stays in business. They have great looking advertising online and their knockoff products look exactly like original OEMs except for branding. Tried many times but still can’t get batteries to accept a charge . BEWARE OF VANON quality, expert advertising, graphics, and products. Never again . Buy OEM .

I bought htese batteries ( Dewalt 20V Battery 6Ah Replacement | DCB205 Li-ion Batteries 2 Pack) in June of this year. They had minimal use and today, Nov. 1st, they are both dead. Neither will charge.

The cost to return them will be half of the cost of the battieres so they will go into the recycling station and I'll buy brand name next time.

i ordered vanon batteries on line . they sent me the wrong batteries that dont work and asked me to send them a video of whats wrong i tried but every video i sent was too long and could not send, i called the phone number listed on the web site and was told wrong number Vanon is a bullshit company

Jump through 10 hoops we'll send you a return label....that was over a year ago. Junk bought 8, 6 of them no good.

Ordered 5 pack of Milwaukee 18v batteries for $137. They arrived 3 weeks later. 3 of the 5 would not charge at all, the other 2 didn't hold a charge for more than 15-20 minutes of use. Emailed them, they asked for videos to confirm. I sent videos demonstrating the issues. They replied asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I needed the batteries so I asked for replacement. They confirmed but never sent them. I wrote back 3 times, they never responded. They stole my money for defective products.

The only improvement would be if this company shut down!

Roomba "4500mAHr" replacements x 2:
Low capacity and low weight.
Alternated these 2 batteries together with a very old but good battery over 2 years.
IN 07-2022: Short run time in Roomba compared to decent battery.
OUT 10-2024: Both failed and will not charge.

Very poor choice even with attractive price.
Don't buy VANON batteries.
Do some research
Try to have the seller advise the weight and compare with your old battery.
This will be a better indicator to run time than the claimed capacity.

Just received 2 -18 V batteries for my DeWalt tools. Neither battery will even begin to charge. Checked the weight compared to the batteries I was replacing (from Vanon) and found the new ones only weighed half as much. Pretty sure there's no material inside....God knows how that could have happened. No response form Vanon yet.....

Seller is very misleading and refuses to honor the warranty on the low quality batteries that lasted only 3 months and the seller gives non-sense and contradictory excuses!!
Very bad seller; stay away!!

Vanon 18V battery for Ryobi tools. Battery exploded without warning, was not on charge or being used. Very lucky not to cause injury.

Ordered a package deal for two 5 amp hour batteries and a charger. Batteries seemed very light in weight. Charged them and set aside till I needed to use them. When I used them on my drill they only lasted a few holes. Decided to open them up and found they only had 2 amp hour batteries and only half the slots had batteries in them. Have contacted them and sent pictures of the issue and not response. These people are a total ripoff, do not buy anything from them.
