I bought a windows package for a Transit Custom it came with a trim package FOC but they sent the wrong trim that is compatible with my vehicle. I have tried to talk to them since completely unhelpful be very careful dealing with this company. Check everything as they don't care!

Door seal turned up on time, doesn’t leak anymore so must be good.

Instead of floor I bought, was a jagged end of roll, refunded no problem.
2nd chance, window badly packed but survived the £13 delivery. Window trim untidy, refund/replacement denied by Craig.

I ordered a new grille for my transit custom but the clips don't hold it back and they just pop back out. I even toom it to a bodyshop and they said the same thing.

Hi went to collect lady was very helpful, purchased side windows for sprinter they look great fitted nice quality. Only negative is went to collect at loading bay young chap just handed me windows wrapped in cling film no other protection, asked if they normally comes like this he told me it cost extra for packing ? Being antique dealer I had blankets and straps to secure them over wheel arch.

The delivery service provided by the company is appalling. Their courier DX has claimed to have attempted 2 deliveries on consecutive days and a message on DX tracking system states 'closed- no access'. Amazing the I received 3 deliveries from other suppliers yesterday and one today without problem. Tried to contact Van Pimps logistics department by phone and received a message saying that there was no one available to speak so please email. Tried calling customers services at 13.40 and received the message that the department is closed. The tag line on their website states 'Fast reliable delivery'. If it wasn't so frustrating it would be laughable.
