Great advice (no bull) clear costing, very nice and polite people. Everything explained clearly and excellent communications, but the main thing is the work was done to very high standards (new pop top canvas ) and was done on time. when it was finished I was asked to inspect it and to make sure I was happy with the work before having to pay for it. 10/10 thank you.

Alan was really helpful right from my first telephone call, and he made a great repair to the canvas on our 2018 VW T6 pop-top. We're delighted, and it was a pleasure doing business Vanscape

I would take my van back to these guys in the future to have work done. The fitting of the roof bars to my pop top was done quickly and cleanly. Used them already and everything is just perfect. Very knowledgeable about all things van related.

Vanscape were absoultey brilliant, from my telephone call, email and dropping my van off (500 mile round trip). The back panel of the pop up hood on my VW T4 had rotted leaving a horrible hole in the canvas. Alan and his team were amazing, I dropped the van of at 8.30am and collected it at 2pm that day. They replaced the back panel with an amazing new material, the replacement looks good and very professionally done, the cost was very good too. A lot cheaper than replacing the whole hood. Well worth the 500 mile round trip to get this done. Thank you.

Excellent service from Vanscape. Alan was attentive and took on board all my detailed requirements for insulating, lining and electrical systems for my micro camper. Attention to detail by the whole team of Alan, Jack and Matt was also evident with the quality of the finished result. Good communication with progress reports and photographs throughout was also much appreciated.

I had to have my pop-up roof repaired. I was quoted some very high prices and long waiting time until I contacted Vanscape. Alan was very clear on prices for parts and work time. The whole job was done efficiently to a high standard and the total cost was very reasonable.

I would totally recommend Vanscape. Colin and Martin were very helpful the whole way through the journey of desigining our van. Once we decided on the layout (Ben Nevis) there was a lot of decision making around the colour and materials to use for the interior. Martin helped us through this with a great deal of patience. We only went to the site once, as we live in Bristol, the rest was done over the phone and via email. Also when I picked up the van there was a mix up with the DVLR about taxing the vehicle. Martin went out of his way to help us get it resolved quickly and without hassle. We have had the van now 6 months, and thoroughly delighted with it. No hestiation to recommend to anyone.

[Feb 2023: 4 and a half years later and the build quality is still showing. The worst things is a small cover fell off one of the light fittings, glued it back no probls. Also last year they fitted a really nice looking, low profile roof rack last year too, way nicer than the VW equivalent, and much better value. great work again Paddy and Anna
