I initially made a profit of $400, but they refused my first withdrawal. Then I made a second withdrawal which was marked as successful, but I never received the money in my account. Furthermore, following that, I made a $60 deposit which was also refused, so it should normally be returned to my wallet since it wasn't credited to my Vantage trading account. But nothing, zero. Not only did they refuse to give me my money, but I haven't received any refund. I've sent screenshots and links proving my transactions from my wallet to my Vantage account to customer support over a week ago, and there's been no update from them, radio silence, and obviously, none of my problems have been resolved. This is a broker to avoid. Although I read the reviews before signing up, I thought I'd give it a try anyway. As the saying goes, once rotten, always rotten. Stay away from this broker, especially if you're a beginner.
This is to reply to Vantage's reply It seems I have to leave a negative comment for you to respond, even though you have my email and numerous messages requesting an update on my situation, and you haven't replied to any of them. Furthermore, you're talking about banks, but all my transactions are done through my cryptocurrency wallet, which, strangely enough, is incredibly fast when it comes to depositing funds into my Vantage trading account, but withdrawals are incredibly slow. The money is nowhere to be found, except in my wallet. So, no, none of my problems have been resolved so far. I still haven't received my refund of the $60 deposit into my Vantage trading account, which was refused, nor has my $300 withdrawal request been marked as successful in my transaction history, but I still haven't received anything in my wallet. So, stop responding if you have nothing constructive to offer. And as I mentioned in my previous comment, I wasn't expecting much when I signed up with Vantage, especially given the numerous negative reviews, which are justified, by the way. Having experienced it myself, I understand perfectly well that you are thieves, and I reiterate my warning: ALL BEGINNER TRADERS, AVOID THIS BROKER!

I opened an account and traded successfully. When I made a withdrawal, the 'confusion' began. The money was never sent to my bank. I contacted customer support and they seemed very attentive. Unfortunately, they have been 'confused' or requesting documents for the last six months. I have given them every document they requested. Now, they no longer respond to my emails. I am escalating the issue, but you should beware, you may trade, but you may never see your money. I hope this is simply a clerical error.

It’s really easy to put in money BUT when you want to do a withdrawal and get your money back it’s impossible. I have a few 100s now thats stuck in vantage because they REFUSE to help me. Don’t use this website if you don’t want to waste your money!

App is constantly disconnecting when changing between trading accounts which requires to close and open the app again. Very problematic and inconvenient.
Also it is actually absolutely impossible to win anything in the spin of the wheel so keep that in mind. Basically a scam providing illusion that there is a chance of them giving you something for free.

I am writing this to alert other users and the Vantage management team about a persistent technical issue regarding the withdrawal process.
The facial recognition step (Zoloz KYC) keeps returning a "System Busy" error across all platforms and devices I've tested. To make matters worse, the system automatically imposes a 24-hour block after a failure, creating an endless loop of frustration.
As an active trader, I expect a reliable way to access my funds. Holding client funds due to a known system bug is unprofessional. I hope the compliance or technical team can reach out and resolve this via manual ID verification.

I have been operating my account at Vantage Markets since 2024. Earlier I made losses and had been depositing more funds via USD debit card. However, when I made profit, Vantage did not allow me to withdraw money to the USD debit card up to the amount I deposited previously. They forced me to withdraw to other methods which incur charges and forex losses.
Worse off, when I wanted to withdraw money on 20 April 2026 to one of my registered bank accounts which had been verified and I had withdrawn money to the same bank account previously, I had to re-do face verification and there was system error during face verification. After numerous attempts, the system wouldn't allow me to withdraw any money until 24 hours later or ask me to contact their customer service to lift the restriction. I wasted a lot of time contacting their customer service but they were not helpful at all. Besides asking for video and documents which I had provided previously, they insisted that I must provide a screenshot of the error message although I told them I had closed the windows without a screenshot. Clearly they were just giving excuses to stop me from withdrawing.
I requested to speak to my Account Manager to help resolve the issue. However, the Account Manager was very arrogant, refused to speak and didn't resolve the issue at all. Very shameful.
I can see that Vantage is just giving excuses to stop clients from withdrawing money. This is against the regulations! I expect Vantage to professionally resolve my withdrawing issue immediately without any further delay in order to uphold the integrity and reputation of Vantage Markets.
This is to reply to Vantage's reply. Vantage was just giving a blank denial . They can review my complaint via online chat with a customer service agent and also email correspondences with the account manager on 20 Apr 2026. It is very disappointing that Vantage doesn't admit the issues and improve their services to clients.

My account was restricted after I requested a withdrawal of approximately $1,800. The reason given was “account activity,” without any clear explanation.
I contacted support, and they later stated that the issue was a mismatch between my name and my bank details. However, I have never used bank transfers. I only deposit and withdraw using my Binance wallet, and I can provide documents to verify this.
This happened only after making profits
Update: I was never stopped or restricted while trading, whether I was losing or making a profit. I was never informed of any wrongdoing or what specific “activity” they were referring to. The restriction only occurred when I attempted to withdraw my funds.
It appears there were no issues while I was depositing or trading, but once I made a profit and tried to withdraw, my account was restricted.
