Horrible, Package Never Arrived
Horrible! Horrible!
My package had no tracking info and when I inquired vanzus rep said will check immediately and get back to me. They never got back to me. Then more than three weeks after my order I received an email saying my package has been returned. Why? No reason. Now I don’t have the items I ordered for a birthday party. Vanzus rep also said they can’t resend the package to me and said will refund me immediately. I replied asking why they didn’t check earlier and I still have not received a reply nor my refund. IS THIS WEBSITE A FRAUD!!!!!

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied. When you indicated that your package was still not delivered, we immediately started an investigation. When we received an answer, we immediately communicated the outcome to you: your package was returned to our warehouse by the parcel service without explanation. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. As soon as the package arrived with us, we immediately reimbursed the full purchase amount, as we understand very well that our customers do not want to pay for nothing. You can place a new order if desired. We understand your disappointment and once again offer our apologies. We have done everything we can to resolve this for you as best as possible.
