I ordered for the first time and unfortunately the vape was broken and wouldn’t work. I emailed customer service and Shelley was more than helpful by offering me a refund or a replacement for next day delivery.

Vape.co.uk are the best by far, really quick with orders, if they haven’t got what you ordered they won’t just replace it with something else they let you know when the items will be coming, they are quick precise just great customer service, can’t praise them enough.

Amazing service, communication, and speedy delivery. One of the FREE battery devices was out of stock, so they emailed me to ask if I would like an extra pod instead, which is just fantastic customer service. I will definitely recommend vape.co.uk and will be ordering from them again and again!

Parcel supposedly handed over to DHL but never delivered, just permanently delayed. This company comes across like a scam.. still waiting for my refund.

I am simply going to past in my copied reply to an email I received this morning. I made my first order with this company last night, having found a product I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. I'd never heard of them before, and until I discovered there was an unintentional issue with my order, had no idea how different this company was. My response to the email I received this morning says it all. Here it is:

Credit where’s credit due. Ordered from this company on a Sunday afternoon and the items were delivered by Monday morning. Yes, they were slightly dearer than what I’ve previously paid with other companies but delivery was free and it’s worth every penny to get service like this. Well done and thank you.

After sending an email regarding a lost/late delivery,I was expecting a reply in a day or two but to my surprise within 15 minutes I received an email from a customer representative called Shelley who apologised and said they will resend out the order straight away.
Awesome customer service from Shelley and a great way to keep customers.
