Avoid

Placed an order 2 weeks ago for next day delivery, still no sign of it. I have phoned 4 times and each time I've been told that someone will contact me.
Surprise surprise, no one has.
Not happy
Phoned again today to cancel and get refund.
Was told the person that hasn't contacted me 4 times will deal with it.
Looks like I will have to go through my bank to get my money back

All round good service and value

This was my first purchase from Vape Cloud UK. Really good range of products and multi-buy offers. Prices were better than other vape shops I've bought from. Delivery was fast. All round excellent service, many thanks!

All my shipments delayed still not…

All my shipments delayed still not receive and they said from 5 to 8 days to receive but nothing 2 shipments in transit and this be just send it to the Royal Mail yesterday and I was placed all the 3 shipments together 😢

Hi Sheikh

As we discussed on the live chat prior to you placing the orders, we advised the following.

The UK had entered another nation wide lockdown which has forced the closure of none essential shops, thus increasing the demand on the courier service and increasing demand as people can only have good shipped.

We also advised we only ship internationally using Royal mail, we have no control over any other courier services used after this point.

We advised that Royal mails tracking service had increased delays in updating and when the 3rd package wasn't showing we raised a case with them to find out what was happening. We emailed to inform you of this and subsequently once the tracking had finally updated, unfortunately it took Royal Mail longer than normal to get back to us for reasons already explained.

All shipping globally is impacted at the moment due to the global pandemic caused by covid-19. Again we have zero control of the delays due to us using the courier service to get your package from the UK to Qatar.

All 3 packages were shipped within the correct time scale, however the Royal mail tracking service not updating will make it look like it hasn't shipped on time.

You will find that depending on the route your packages take there could increased delays due to impacts along to route.
