Never had a problem with vape direct. Only thing is they use dpd for deliveries and dpd just leave my order thrown at the gate. All they have to do is either ring my phone or the buzzer at the gate and deliver to the house or if I’m not there I would tell them where to leave it. I’ve contacted dpd and they say that vape direct says leave somewhere like neighbours but they don’t do that, they just throw it on the ground either outside the gate or just throw it over the wall!!
