They re scammers !!!! I ordered 2 weeks ago they refused provide tracking number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Item never arrived!!!!!!!!do not buy of them !!! Phone number and email address fake !!!!!!!!

They tell me my item was delivered. Was not. Refuse to refund.
If anyone can help with what the transaction name comes up as on bank statements that would be great as I'm going to have to call the bank to get it back

At time of purchase the merchant looked Australian and offered Aust. Post - however tracking for shipping received was from china - for me it's now been 3 weeks which if far too long for a domestic item to be delivered. Feel like I've been scammed, especially considering I was charged for shipping. I won't be purchasing from them in future.

I have not received my product, I was completely scammed, they are alsonot based in Australia, no address, no phone number...scamming prices!

Yes, add me onto the scammed list. Never received product, no communication whatsoever. My fault, should've researched company better.

Nothing but lies from this company find a true bricks and mortar company in australia and save yourself the turmoil

I ordered from this company and forgot to check reviews as I was in a hurry to get a Kree 24 RTA which are virtually impossible to find in the UK.
I made my order and after seeing the reviews I was expecting a headache.
Anyway it turns out that the RTA was now out of stock but was offered version two Kree which I declined and was given a refund within 48 hours.
These certainly aren’t as bad as people are making out so I thought I’d give credit where it is due.
Very good customer service Amy fair play.

Now it seems i prob will be adding my name to the scammed list of this VapeDNA, luckily it is not a overly large amount of dollars involved, tracking numbers are found, emails, well i got 1 return email, there def needs to be some changes made it the system for these type of people

Products are authentic and work wonderfully. However, it did take two weeks from order to arrival, with no disclosure as to where the products were coming from. The only tracking information was provided the day before it got to me, so a bit worrisome there.

Think i have been rippd off! , i got overcharged at the very end on my payment authorisation and no communication via phone or facebook on my order.

going to try refund my money with the bank and report them.

bought a mod & some other things.
best price on the mod in AU.
was approached by another company for payment.
processing the amount increased the total somehow!
my bank then charged $15 for currency conversion!
ended up being more expensive than others.
mod has problems after 2 months of careful use.
emailed to enquire about getting a replacement.
no emails back after weeks & weeks.
DO NOT expect much from these guys.
i will def never again & advise others to do the same.

On my bloody birthday I bought myself a present. The steam crave advanced kit.
And with the amount I spent on it. I feel like it is a scam. They aren’t in Australia, why lie for??
Ignoring my messages. Finally after a week from purchase. I got a tracking number. Just to see it doesn’t move anywhere. It’s been two weeks and doesn’t move. I sent them messages on messenger were I got the tracking number from. Thanks to the complaints here I knew to contact them on messenger. Now they are ignoring me. Feels like it’s going to be months!! I would rather wait for anyone in Australia to get this steam crave kit then deal with this *ullshit ! I am even ordering another rta because I need it now. I can’t wait for these *unt dogs!!
Just for relief I ordered another package just to be relieved that it moves. From Tasmania one day later it’s half an hour away from me.

placed my order, but when it came to paying the only option was credit card. With numbers input the card was rejected, although it is flush with funds. I wonder if the bank has barred them. That's why I am on trustpilot. The company is clearly in China, despite all the Australia etc on the site.

Will not communicate with you, say its posted when it's not and all round a negative experience.

Not an AUS based company and I was a little concerned after reading the other reviews but package took 2 weeks which isn’t too bad. Price was the cheapest I found for the vape I got and it seems to be a genuine product which operates above expectations. Overall pretty happy.

Ordered and paid for tank 4 Jan. Still not here at 16th Jan. Aus Post tracking shows just received 'for transportation to processing facility' Sydney. Company obviously not based in Australia. Why the deception?

I are pleased with vapedna. Got my order, no damage.
I had to wait a bit longer than normal, but that was due to manufacturers of the mod I got.
The only problem was, they don't have tracking numbers.
All and all. I'm pleased buying from vapedna

Second time ive dealt with this company, my mistake. They marked my order as despatched but only after a frw days when i asked them where it was. The tracking number they eventually supplied was bogus, got a 404 not found. Im disputing it with paypal to get a refund, still no replies from vapedna event after contacting them twice, post dispute. Avoid this company like the plague. I now understand why no items on their site show any place to review, they dont want one.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. they do not reply to messages or emails. They take your money and leave you wondering if you've been scammed.
