Friendly, fast, and very very helpful

This was a five-star review before. One star is gone now because it was quite a hassle to return something and to get my money back. True: I didn't send the package back with Track & Trace (which would have cost me 120 kr. more). But I followed every other instruction to the letter, and it simply took way too long for Vapehuset to respond. I also had to provide the same info several times over. Not a good experience. From their emails I can see that the Vapehuset people (person?) are (is?) working till late in the evenings, and sometimes they still seem to be at it in the middle of the night, so: nothing but respect for that. I also ordered a special tank for my mod, and was very very happy with what I got. But quickly dealing with returns is important, I'd say. So. Sorry. But four stars now instead of five.

What I wrote about a month ago:

Amazing how rude and unreasonable some people can be on Trustpilot. Just read some of the other reviews. I'm a verified member of Trustpilot, and can tell you that not only did I have a very good experience with Vapehuset: it was one of the best ever for as far as Customer Service goes in general. I needed some advice on coils, had complicated questions, and got a very long and detailed answer back. On top of that the CS people were personable and helpful with other things too. Due to my own stupid mistake I ordered things on two different occasions, even though I could have saved myself some costs by doing it at the same time and paying for shipping once. Right after the second time I needed to order for a third time even, and Vapehuset offered to send me the third package for free. They didn't have to do that.

i ordered there for first time

i ordered there for first time, all went well, payment, and few days later i received the order. Cappuccino was my flavor, but theire cappuccino tast like caramel or something, terrible

Trust me every 5 start review on this…

Trust me every 5 start review on this shitty website is fabricated, i made an order 5 days ago and have not even recieved a order confirmation, their support dont answer on email. their phone number is inactive. What kind of people is running this? they made 9 million SEK in profit last year on 3 employee's and they are actively scamming and getting out of real customer service. You can see how fake the 5 star reviews are here i would recommend everyone with a bad experience report this to konsumentverket so that they lose their license to sell products online. Jesus christ they dont even care

One of the worst services online

One of the worst services online!
Ordered a vape, got defected instead.
I payed 400kr +50kr, for defected goods.
They ask for proof, i send them video and pictures. Becaus they dont believe me when im telling them its leaking all over...Then they demand i send it back to them with some extra postal service wich costs 100kr, so that there "team" can inspect it and decide if its defected or not, so that i maby get my money back.
Incredible... i dont want to go tru with all this faffle and hassle. So that i maby get a refund that i doubt now reading the rest of the revieuws.
I got scammed, it was a first one, but definitly a last one, u are all warned.

Scumbags!

Scumbags!
Not recommended due to unclear and bad service.
Ordered things for 500 sek. (Including delivery for 50 sek)
Could not pick it up due to some circumstances and it was sent back.
Waited 20 days for them to pay me back or give me some update.
I contacted them after not receiving any update and the gave me back JUST half of the money due to "uncollected and returned package.."
I do not recommend!

Fast delivery and quick response from support

I was looking for refillable e-juice for my Zelos 3 that would taste as much as Panther Bar so I emailed Vapehuset.se support.

Got an answer really fast where Izzy recommended that I'd try their brand Abstract. So I ordered three different bottles of it and it almost tastes nothing compared to Panther Bar.

The reason for the 5-star review though is that their support was really quick in answering me, giving me some advice etc.
And the delivery was almost instant which I really appreciate.

So I'd give the store like 4.9/5 :)

DONT BUY FROM HERE.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about this purchase. The vape has a super bad airflow and tastes burnt after like 2 wiffs. They refuse return or replacement. Bad customer service.

After my package was lost and found and…

After my package was lost and found and lost again by the post office and we're probably run over a couple of times things where broken and had leaked out in the parcel and so on. VapeHuset.se helped me with everything.. lee at customer service is really helpful. Thanks for everything guys
