I ordered some coils online & received an order confirmation saying they would notify me of despatch.

After a couple of weeks & having heard nothing, I emailed asking if there was a problem. No reply but a few days later got an email saying my order was being refunded.

Nothing arrives until I get an email from PayPal saying that my refund had failed & that I should contact the supplier.

Predictably no response. If it's not a scam they're doing a very good impression of one

My order hasn't been delivered. After 30 days I asked for a full refund which hasn't been provided. I'm afraid this is a scam company.

Ordered a product a month ago,A month later and like 3 emails, I never had the product and they told me it wasnt in stock in the first place, I asked for a refund and they've continued to ignore my emails. Never use this site for Vape Products, there are plenty of better companies to go to.

Same experience as others, really. Placed an order (relatively high value, as was ordering a whole new set of hardware). Standard delivery promised between 5 and 7 days.

Order gets marked as shipped and a Royal Mail tracking code is generated. However, this never moves from "Item on its way to Royal Mail". Emails do actually get responded to sometimes - I had one back apologising and saying that the item would be delivered the next week. Still no movement on the tracking number.

Have asked for refund, don't expect a response. I suspect I will need to submit a chargeback through my credit card to get this resolved.

Smok RPM 5 took two weeks to arrive.
I begged them to send it Royal Mail and even offered to pay extra, but they sent it by one of the atrocious cowboys (Hermes/Yodel?)
Whichever, all as bad as each other.
I didn't think I was going to receive order at all. Never again!

Don't buy same as DJ vapes taken my money but no delivery no refunds they don't reply to emails

Been waiting weeks now ,they promised itll be 2 to 4 days and it's already been 6. My bad I didn't check trust pilot pre hand .
Will be ringing the credit card company first thing to get the money back.

They didnt have the item and didnt refund when asked, luckily paypal stepped in and refunded

Terrible company I paid for a tank on the 11th December and they emailed me they didn’t have the colour so I said I wanted a refund it’s been over a month and I still haven’t gotten it I have contacted PayPal to sort this now
This tank was a gift that’s why it needed to be in silver

Same fake ass company as ecigware.co.uk probably the same owner. They are scammers and nothing more nothing less.

Order placed 20.01. Item (stock) received 30.01.2021 from HK to Munich, Germany. Got no tracking number, but everything ist ok. I recommend this seller. Thanks vapelink

I understood before I ordered what kind of company they are and if you take their delivery times with a pinch of salt you can get some decent bargains, they responded to my emails and my items arrived within 2 weeks. If you want your items fast try elsewhere.

I placed orderr on the 9th dec on about the 11th I had a email saying my order has been shipped over a week later I went onto there website to ask how long it will be as stated 4 to 6 days and that had passed they then came back to me stating they do not have one of the items I orders and would I like 2 of the same item I emailed them back to say no I would like a full refund 3 times and I've still had no response its now been over 2 weeks and im just very frustrated with the service and lies and lack of communication it didn't need to get to this

Total scam outfit , not in the UK at all ! drop shipping from china or somewhere like that , order never arrives and all emails ignored or replied to with utter nonsense

luckily i got a refund because i used paypal , do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this lot !

Ordered a product, waited two weeks and hadn’t received anything. Got in touch with them and they told me that the product I had purchased was no longer for sale (I was a bit annoyed that they didn’t get in touch with me and I had to wait to get in touch with them) so I chose a different product (at the same price) and they agreed they would send me that one. Another three weeks and I still haven’t received anything (and they’ve taken my money) and they won’t answer my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Refusing to respond to an enquiry about a product that is sub standard and unusable for 5 months is bad enough but then shutting down a message stream by not even reading the asked for reply is not a good look for any company.
I asked for help and they decided they don't care which means their returns policy isn't worth the time it took to type.

I put an order in for a pre order tank. I didn't check trustpilot until after I had made the payment. The seller was quick to respond to private messages and the tank was dispatched as soon as it was stocked. They are a drop shipping company but I didn't have any problems with my order. Would order from them again

AVOID this scammers you are going to thank me later.

Don't use this company take your money and you receive nothing obviously a scam. Beware .
