I saw the bad reviews but decided to give them a shot anyway. I ordered an inexpensive RDA. To be honest they had the best price I could find. I placed my order, after three days of silence I messaged with them. They said it would ship that day. It shipped the following day. When it arrived the squonk pin was missing. I immediately tried to phone them. When you call the number on their site you just get a long pause then it disconnects, I tried several times. I tried the online chat option again. Someone came on, before I could type anything I was told, “We will get back to you at a later time.” I tried again several times, they closed for the day without me ever contacting anyone. I used the last option and emailed them. Late the following afternoon they replied. I was told they would send a squonk pin that day and they did include a tracking number. It shipped the next day. I received it today. In conclusion, Pros, I did receive my order at a good price, there was a problem, it was rectified. Cons, the phone number they provide is useless. They are difficult to reach in chat. They are slow to ship. All being said, I won’t be using them again and I can’t recommend them.

So, i order a mod off the site and they email me a few days after the order saying that the order couldn’t be completed because the color they advertised was NOT available. They offered another color option and i chose one about a week ago and I haven’t heard from them since and i cant help but get the feeling that I’ve been ROBBED.

I have placed three orders with them. 1st they confirmed then after a week i emailed them and said one item was no longer available can they remove it, i agreed but than they charged me shipping as it now fell under the free shipping limit. Ok. Second order more than a week after confirmation they deleted an item from my order without explanation and didnt send out for a week after that, and didnt respond to any emails. Third order placed shortly after the second was confirmed on April 3rd and my card charged a few days later. Tracking shows it sitting in preshipment since the 3rd. No responses to numerous emails. Finally i reauest a cancellation of the order and refund since it hasnt moved and no email responses. To date it is still sitting in preorder with no response from the company. Ive received orders from fastech, elemental, vapor dna and vapinusa all placed after my last order with them. Worse shipping and customer service than the chinese companies!

I have placed 2 orders so far with Vapemasterz and am extremely pleased with their pricing, service and shipping. I buy loads of gear from a lot of shops, but they have now become the first and last shop I check out before purchasing. I look forward to buying more "stuff" in the near future.

I am giving them four stars because when I tried to call I was not able to get through at all I guess their phone service was having issues and you just can’t get through I was calling from Maryland. I did email them several times I did not get a response I don’t know if that’s because they were having problems with their servers ?? I will say the mod and tank I got is extremely awesome and works like a charm I am in love fast shipping I will order from them again!! Order 1021 A- Priv 220w chrome mod, and tank... I must admit I was skeptical at first because I had never ordered from them before and I am very careful about who I order from online but this is a good company and I would order from again thank you guys so much!!

Great customer service! Great prices. Free shipping over 50$ and they have exclusive vaping gear. Awesome fast shipping too! I shop with them and recommend others should too!
