I am furious,,I ticked the royal mail tracked box which always comes the next day and I am being rewarded with DPD package which still hasn't arrived with them ,this when I lost a booked days relaxing by a lake ,the emotional loss after a family member ,the financial loss ,which you can imagine is significant andy travel costs ,I have been a loyal customer and have spent a fair whack with you over the last few years ,,well I won't be using your services ever again baring a miracle and my items arriving before 1 PM tomorrow,,thank you so much!!!!!!!!
