Nothing to do with the service but I can't give 5 * for having no stock of my product. At the same time, I wouldn't give 1* just for that. You tried your best, kept in contact and phoned me directly to tell me and refund my money immediately!

EVRI 'misplaced' my order and I rang VOS and spoke to a very helpful woman and she could see that my order never reached me. She was straight on it and got my products (LOST MARY) sent AGAIN this time with Royal Mail...I got my order 2 days later! No problem 😊

Superb service quick next day delivery and found my all time favourite vape PYNE PODS. I use to have large cumbersome mods with terrible coils but now that’s a thing of the past.
