Really difficult returns

Really difficult to buy from them, more difficult to return items, in Spain they use Nacex to handle returns, I bought article that was in stock in their Web, however they actually didn't, they sent another article anyway. Now trying to return after 15 emails..... Don't use this company.

Reliable

Reliable. I've ordered from them several times. Everything is always sent in a box and any eliquids are bubble-wrapped. Delivery is on time. I make inquiries via whatsapp. They're very helpful. Two points: 1) It should be clear what 24h means: they will register your order with the delivery service within 24 hours. Your item will usually arrive in 3-5 working days depending on where you are. 2) Things go out of stock and aren't replenished. Ex. higher mAh molicell batteries, some mods or atomizers, etc. For this reason, I end up using other websites.

Most Infuriating Customer Service Ever Witnessed

Contacted their customer service via WhatsApp because one of the battery terminals failed on my dotmod dual mech. I explained my issue, asking if there was warranty, and they asked for a video. Upon seeing it, they acknowledged the issue, but denied any coverage due to improper use of the device, as I had been using a metal tool to lever the battery out of the compartment (it gets jammed in too tight to remove without a tool), saying that this could cause a short. I said they were being silly, since I wasn't touching the contacts and even if I was, it couldn't cause a short in the device since it would be connecting two things that are already connected. They then responded with a thorough explanation of how batteries work (fair point, probably shouldn't be doing that, but that's got nothing to do with the mod!) and then ended the conversation with furious indignation over my grievous insult ("being silly"). So either they have the most fragile egos ever seen outside the US presidency, or they are amazingly dishonest in finding excuses to dismiss customer service claims.

Happy customer

Hello I am now a longtime customer an can not complain maybe years ago the service was not the best ,they have very competitive pricing , the only little issue was with a Blaze DNA CHIP problem an they send me directly another one. Each month they have a weekend with 15% or 20% ! I really trust VapeoTotal

No customer service at all

I had requested to change the color of a pod kit I had ordered.
No reaction of the, so calles, "customer service" after several messages I sent.
Of course I received the wrong color...

Not recommended

It was good when I had at least 10 orders in a year. However, they played dead when I contacted about a faulty product. Shame on you. Never coming back again!

If you send them something back you…

If you send them something back you have to wait days for your money, they have a very bad afterservice !! You also have to pay the shipping costs to them yourself and you don't get them back either, I also got an email yesterday that a product I had returned would be cancelled and when I look at my account it is back on shipped, I don't know what they are doing with that but if you ask me this vape shop is a real scam !! Never buy from them!!

My patience is running out. Received Broken device and got ignored

My patience is running out.

I received a broken Abyss AIO and contacted customer support 3 times before I even got a response. Here they asked me to contact them through Whatsapp so they could help me out.

So I contacted them via Whatsapp. I explained the situation, added pictures of the problem, and continued messaging them 3 or 4 days in a row because I simply didn't get a response.
No I left a offline chat message on the website explaining this and they sent me their address and told me (not asked) to send it to them. So now I pay shipping to get a faulty product and I need to pay shipping AGAIN to return such faulty product in the hope that they even come back to me and not ignore me for another 2 weeks. I am buying something from a European company, I can't believe how they think this is normal. none of the (few) messages didn't even include "I'm sorry to hear" or whatever let alone provide the customer service that should match the quality of products they supply. Vapeototal, come on. I shouldn't have to do all this to get a working product.

Terrible customer service

Had ordered a Wick'd Omega RBA. Unfortunately, an insulator was missing when it arrived and so it was unusable. Vapeototal felt absolutely not responsible for doing anything to help but wanted me to contact the modder and clarify the problem by myself. And they lied to me by telling me that they dont have any Omegas left for an exchange, but on the webside they were and are still available. Great customer service.... so i decided to send the item back. After 2 weeks nothing heard, 2 emails written until I got an answer. My money was then refunded but my account got blocked without an explanation. Just got an email that money refunded and my account is blocked.
Wow what a customer friendly store... The store does not seem to remember the words: guarantee, warranty or right of withdrawal. Do yourself a favor and dont buy there.

One of the eLiquids made me ILL

One of the eLiquids made me ILL, completely sick.

I asked VapeoTotal about this issue and they just closed the conversation chat in less than 30 seconds. I tried to chat again, and they responded they had more customers to attend. The problem is that even after closing the chat window and trying again, I was still in position number one of the queue, so there were no more customers waiting on the chat line.
