Would not recommend this company, ordered and paid for items that were not delivered, was informed by Vapepoint items have been delivered even though tracking said different, got my money back through ebay, waste of time!!
Worst company ever. No response from them, no product, nothing. I have had to escalate through PayPal to get my money back. Do not shop with this company.
I placed an order on the Vapepoint website and I have not received anything from them. I received no confirmation of the order at the time of purchase. I waited for 7 days for the order to be fulfilled and then sent a message to them using their website contact form. Having received no communication from them I then sent I direct email asking if there was a problem with the order and got no reply. I then accessed the Resolution Centre and sent a message through PayPal and still no reply. It appears that I have no way of contacting Vapepoint, their website suggests that the order is 'On Hold' I have received nothing from them, no goods or any communication. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER AT VAPEPOINT.
This company is what the bum end of the internet means. Takes you're money, sends goods and goods go faulty in 3 weeks and they totally ignore you. Hopefully they will not be around long.
Not good, emailed them twice for a delivery update and had no reply. I'll go to a more reputable website next time.
Avoid like the plague......ordered on 17th December, it’s now the 10th Of January and despite trying to contact vapepoint by email, online contact form and through PayPal there has been no communication whatsoever. I now have to go through PayPal to try and obtain a refund. Don’t buy from here, simple.
