Why have an item available to purchase…
Why have an item available to purchase on the website if you have not got stock 🤷♀️ 6 out of 8 colourways of one particular vape showing as in stock.
Received a message to say out of stock so asked for another colour to be told no stock, but 6 colourways still showing.
Poor experience wouldn't recommend.

made a mistake but helped me out with my order and gave me great compensation for that mistake. they lost the vape i ordered but gave me a vape of my choosing without paying extra and also gave me two 100ml bottles of liquid and 3 vapes (not refills) . And they also gave me next day delivery. So they take full responsibility for there mistake. great company definitely order from again.

False advertising
Purchased 5 refill pods from this company. Description states 5 pods per pack for Higo 5 in 1.
Only 2 items per pack. 10 in total
Can buy 3 full kits with 15 pods for same price
Emailed them following delivery and still awaiting response 3 days later.
They have since changed description on webpage but only on 1 section and not other 5 that still state 5 pods per pack.

I ordered five geekvape kits
I ordered five geekvape kits, I received 5 of the wrong model in the wrong colour. Emailed three times and no response called but number wouldn't connect, and on the one occasion I did get through the phone was put down. Avoid at all costs, I'm £121 out of pocket.
