Placed a order over 8 days ago. 3 days after my payment of over $100 was processed. I get a email from katherine. stating there out of the Coils. And so I asked them for another kind which for the kit I bought they had no clue as to what to replace it with. So I send them the ones that I use for my other smok. I currently use. And so she came back a day later about it costing $4 more and if they can charge me the difference. I agreed. And as she promised it would be shipped. Nothing about a shipment or a tracking number.. this better be sent out by Monday or I'll be filing fraud on this place... and co tacting bbb..very slow to try to contact you about something there out of stock. They have your phone number but email u about a issue a few days later?
And I told them I will not be forwarding any service with them after this. Going on 2 wks now... not very knowledgeable or helpful.. slow reactions and responses.. the Coils r 5 dollars cheaper through another vape shop.. and vr charges $16.95 for shipping?
Better get here by Wednesday or I will get my money back..
This is ridiculous..
I do not recommend this vr.
But I guess we'll see this coming week..

Awesome Vape site

Been a customer of Vape Royalty for several years. From mods to coils to juice and much more, they got all ya need. Had one problem recenly with ancorrect item. They corrected problem same day. Ordered friday, got order tuesday. Very fast shipping for sure. Definately would and do recommend Vape Royal to any and all. Shout out to Fanny in customer service for all help and assistance.

I bought a VooPoo vape a few months ago…

I bought a VooPoo vape a few months ago and I love it! It suddenly stopped working. I emailed VR explaining the situation and they are sending me out a new one! Fanny was such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately received nothing

Unfortunately, never received my order. Vape Royalty can see with my tracking number that it was not received but they were quick to say contact USPS. I ordered 4 juices and paid $68 and received nothing. If you order pray you receive it because otherwise you'll be left with nothing.

The best in so many ways

Vape Royalty is great in so many aspects.
They keep things in stock and if it's out of stock, it's back in very quickly. Their pricing is the best, hands down. I've compared their prices to others and have found Vape Royalty is the cheapest. I'll never shop anywhere else for vape products!!

Theft is what i can say this company is. they sent me expired juices dark asf when I emailed them they wanna tell me thats the born date the date on the bottle is states 08/22 your telling that my juice bottle is from the future fuk outta here. Liars they don’t wanna return my order of 100$ basically they said fuk you and stopped replying. Don’t waste ur money on expired juices they wanna get out their inventory. Fuk you vaperolaylty !! Hope u choke on that money.

I cannot speak fondly enough of VR…

I cannot speak fondly enough of Vape Royalty! Since the PACT act, it's been impossible to find an online store who can still ship. I've been on watch, hoping some stores would use alternate shipping and ship to my area, but for months have had no luck. Just happened to try VR on a whim since I made a small order with them in the past and I was ecstatic to see they would, in fact, ship to my area.

I've noticed that in several product reviews that people have griped about high shipping costs. I don't agree with that whatsoever. It's not the company's fault they have to now include the $7.00 adult signature fee and that aside, their shipping cost is more than reasonable. I don't think many realize how much even standard Priority Mail shipping is these days so a $6.00ish shipping price from VR is perfectly okay by me! Shipping was also fast and on time, complete with tracking information.

A bonus for me is their selection. It might not seem huge when browsing but what they DO offer, they have a wide selection of. I have about six local vape shops around me in my area and not one of them offer a cinnamon flavored liquid. VR does. They had my all time favorite AND I was able to try a cinnamon liquid I have always wanted to try (my now new favorite). Even bigger bonus.. they do not hike up the price of their liquids to cover their lowered shipping rates.

I might not need to buy from VR often because as I'm sure most of you do, I try and stock up a bit when I order. But for any future purchases they will be my go to company. They've definitely got a repeat customer here! Highly recommend!!!

And for those wondering.. no, I was not given any type of coupons or free products, etc., for my review. I genuinely think highly of this company.
