Ordered 2x mods.
Upon arrival I realised that they are not the one’s I’m after.
Made countless attempts at contacting the shop to confirm the return via emails, telephone calls and website contact form, as per the Terms & Conditions.
Emails, website form and phone calls remain unanswered.
Simply unprofessional, or just plain ignoring?
Are they waiting me off pass the return deadline, only to tell me that my return was not processed within the required timeframe?

Didn't have proof of ID so yet still took money if you don't then why take money in the first place which I was reprimanded on live chat then told I would get refund on the 7th February I'm still waiting constantly tried to talk to someone to no avail and now its the banks fault absolute joke terrible customer service will be taking this further

Ordered 3 Piars of AWT 18650 3500MAH Batteries, they sent me 3 single AWT 18650 3000MAH ( cheaper battery as well ),just fobbed me off saying they are sold as singles when the product is shown as a pair, and wouldnt even explain why they sent out an incorrect order in not only the amount bought but a cheaper product, shall be seeking further advice over this.

Ordered on Monday for delivery Tuesday, nothing arrived and no contact to explain.
Have waited another full day and still no delivery
Spent last 30 mins waiting for "Freddie" on line chat to explain but guess he's gone home for his dinner
Quick enough to take money
Would never use again

Item was in stock on there website so brought the item took my money then 3 days later i spoke to a representative who said the item was in fact out of stock and offered a similar replacement however I wanted a refund and they sorted that out quick
