Didn't not get my order delivered, when asked why they said there was an error and resent the shipment, waited 5 day still no vapes, tried ringing, messaging and emails with no reply. Then they had the cheek to send me a review of the product

I haven't received my order and when I challenged them about it, they said I had received it but yet they couldn't even tell me my postal address.
Avoid at all cost
I placed an order three days ago. Today I received an email to say that the item was out of stock. I noticed that I did not get a full refund it was eighty pence short. When I challenged this I was told that to return my money I have to pay a transaction fee. Why do I have to pay for their error they must have known the item was out of stock. Absolutely shocking will never use this company again. I have shopped online for years and never ever had this issue before. It is not even the eighty pence it is the principal.
2 weeks for my order to arrive. No communication to explain why. I had to chase them via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and after all that, didn't even have in stock what I wanted and so had to get an alternative.
