DANGER BIG SCAM
Do not buy anything from this store. First you pay via paypal family and friends which already indicates fraud. Then you get an email from a fake delivery company called SWIFT DELIVERY AGENCY that the package is on its way. The next day they start threatening you that they do not know what is in the package and it must be sealed at customs so that the relevant authorities do not open it. They will make up nonsense about your package until they finally write to you that the package contains the drug cannabis for which you need a medical license and they will tell you that they have their own doctor who will make you a license for 1500€. If you refuse to pay they start threatening that you will go to jail for 2 years and you will also receive a fine of up to 10,000€.

This website is a SCAM! They get you to pay by bank transfer instead of card so you cant recall it after they don't send your order. My bank has refunded me but a I am lucky. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM!!! Never recieved vapes, sent numerous emails. Reported to fraud team.. there site needs closing down so it dont happen to more people

fraud and scam company,I’ve ordered a vape from this online website a week ago but nothing has shipped to me and when i called them their phone number is not working so please stay away from this scam fake company

Fake company still operating months after ripping me off ~ at first glance the website seems fine…much like similar companies (which is probably who they stole their content from) but on closer inspection there’s no physical address or contact number on their website.

They will take your money, email a very basic order confirmation (‘order number 125’ ….really?) and you will never hear from them again, no replies to any of my emails ~ I very much doubt they’re even received, never mind read.

It makes me very angry that these people can and do continue their scams month after month, stealing from who knows how many people while apparently nothing is done to shut them down.

NB: there is a chance you can get your money back via your bank if you paid with a UK credit or debit card. You’ll find all the info you need online regarding chargeback claims and section 75 claims (eligibility criteria, which claim would apply to your circumstances etc) – just make sure you go to a reputable site for the information ~ ideally the UK government website’s section on the consumer credit act or the citizens advice bureau.

You will NOT have to pay anyone for help or information or to exercise your rights under the consumer credit act.

As to how to stop these people brazenly continuing their operations month after month, victimising more people every day ? I have no idea. The fact they’re still confidently and openly ‘trading’ months on suggests to me the powers that be are either unwilling or unable to stop them and the fraudulent dealers are well aware of this. If we lack either the robust regulations necessary to stop this fraud or a willingness to enforce the same, more and more of these operations will spring up every day and as they refine their con and laugh at us, what are we doing to combat the menace ? Apparently nothing

Said that my parcel was delivered never received it now I’m £80 down going to try my bank to get a refund have tried to contact multiple times to no avail I’d avoid this company at all costs

Ordered a product 7 days ago . Tried to contact to cancel as not been sent . zero response back not sure where my parcel is if it’s been sent or how to contact them will NEVER use this company again absolute cowboys !

Be aware that company has been dissolved and viva wallet will not refund and will deny any responsibility. The only avenue is small claims court. Do not purchase not matter how good they sound.

Don't buy from this shop. I ordered over a week ago, but nothing happened; they took the money from my bank account, but you're not able to get in touch with them because they won't answer the emails that you write to them.
