worked for this company as a delivery driver and my experience was extremely concerning.

Drivers were regularly pressured to complete deliveries by entering no-entry roads, pedestrianised areas, and restricted access routes. When I refused to break traffic laws, I was made to feel like I was the problem. No job is worth risking penalty points, fines, or someone’s safety.

Management showed very little understanding of basic road regulations or professional driver responsibilities. Instead of planning routes properly, the expectation was simply to “get it done” regardless of legality.

Even more worrying was the condition of some of the vans. There were ongoing concerns about roadworthiness and vehicle standards, which should never be taken lightly in a delivery operation.

Overall, the lack of professionalism, disregard for legal compliance, and poor vehicle standards made it impossible for me to continue working there. I would strongly advise anyone considering working here to think very carefully.

Prices are very fair, prompt delivery and I will definitely continue to purchase with them

I place an order, No dispatch till 7 days, keep trying to contact them but No reply, I contact my bank to get my money back then they dispatch item with some item wasn't available.
Very Dispointed.

Have bought from them once, it was a very quick process.
This last week I've tried to order each day, 1st I couldn't log in, now I am I'm waiting to be accepted their end but 6 days later & I still can't order.
I've tried to ring as it suggests but the number doesn't even ring.
I guess I'll have to wait until they process my right to order or until they reply to my emails.

Items on website showed instock, so i Ordered on monday 14th april (early morning, even though i don't like dealing with companies that trick you with excluding vat and when you go to checkout vat is added ... received an email on thursday 17th April, order was cancelled (something was out of stock, so full order was cancelled). Took few days for refund to show in account.
