I bought a vape from them. Didn't open it for three weeks. Then when I did it goes off buy itself. Using up all my liquid. Took it back and told them and they won't do a thing for me. Wasn't even ten days past the third day return . Won't go back there again.

Especially on Holidays this company has NO heart in letting there employees
Spend 3 holidays out of the year with there families
Every Thanksgiving and Christmas
Everything is completely shut down
Why open when Everyone is with Family

Since the pandemic all stores stop being open 24hours due to
Safety of the Employees

Especially when there is A BAD WEATHER

I THINK IT WOULD BE BETTER IF Y’ALL OPEN 2 SHIFTS AND ON WEEKENDS COULD STAY OPEN AT LEAST LIKE 11or 12 Midnight
AND 2 PEOPLE TO WORK TOGETHER IN EACH SHIFT AND THEY CAN ALSO TAKE AN ACTUAL LUNCH BREAK

Ordered several weeks ago finally received a text telling me there was an issue with the order. Text back with no response. Called, no answer or return call, emailed and nothing. The money came out of my account, so I can only assume that they are out of business or just plain thieves.

Ordered, paid by credit card. Reviewed order on their side, says picked on 17th, but not posted. They have not responded to emails, does not pick up phone as at 26th July. Companies house check indicates not going bust yet. Director MR HAFIZ MUHAMMAD TARIQ SHAH is setting up a new company The Puff House Ltd. Looks like there is trouble ahead. Will attempt to revoke credit card transaction.

Ordered item and paid via Viva Wallet July 2022. Was told it was out of stock. Requested refund many, many times. Still no response. Researched their profile and reviews. Be aware of false claims of brilliant service.

Ordered an item on their website and paid with debit card on 20th July 2022. Was told this was not available so I requested a full refund. Despite several emails this still has not been processed on 16th August 2022.

I ordered an elux legend and it came with the paint somehow burnt off and it was not working. I emailed them and he took a week to respond and offered no reimbursement. DO NOT order from this site.

Really poor service, ordered and payed for 6x elf bars of which i received only 2. i thought it must of just been an error ill give them a quick polite phone call and it will get sorted. How wrong i was, the guy answered the phone as if he couldnt be bothered speaking which was fine it happens. He then said it was their obvious mistake and that they would send the missing elf bars out, again all fine just thought strange way for a buisness to operate on phone. need less to say nothing arrived and no longer answer the phone. Tried facebook messenger which never responded.
Read the other reviews and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. These bandits will take your money and once received have no interest in fulfilling orders, beware

Not a great experience. Ordered my vapes before the bank holiday and paid the £7.99 for next day delivery so was expecting my order to come on the Wednesday after the bank holiday Monday. Received no email in regards to order, not even a shipping email. Finally decided to contact them and Received an email back stating I did not pay £7.99 for shipping even though clearly states on the email I had so I sent a screenshot. Had no response back except telling me that my order will be shipped soon. Absolutely disgusting experience and definitely don't recommend

I ordered spearmint but they gave me kiwi passionfruit by mistake. I emailed them, great communication. Sent off the wrong one and soon will be getting the correct one. They have been keeping me updated throughout the process. Thank you.

Terrible. I ordered buy 3 get one free and they did not honour it. I emailed them straight away, they said they would add one. I did not receive it. And now they refuse to send another. They said if I buy more I will get one free. I would not trust them at all.
